Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk membuat portabel tensimeter dan elektrokardiograf (EKG) berbasis mikrokontroller arduino telah dilaksanakan. Pada pembuatan tensimeter menggunakan rangkaian sensor tekanan MPX5050GP dan metode osilometri untuk menganalisa sinyal osilasi hasil penguatan sinyal tekanan manset. Sementara itu, pada pembuatan alat elektrokardiograf digunakan board AD8232, kemudian sinyal elektrokardiograf ditampilkan pada software processing. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa secara keseluruhan sistem yang dibuat dapat berfungsi sebagai alat tensimeter dan elektrokardiograf. Rasio rata-rata tekanan darah sistol dan diastol yang didapatkan adalah 0,49 dan 0,79. Sinyal yang dapat dideteksi dengan menggunakan prototipe elektrokardiograf adalah sinyal pada lead aVR, aVL, dan aVF dimana bentuk dan irama jantung dari prototype ini sudah sesuai dengan kalibrator EKG 2000 versi 5. ======================================================================================================================== Research that aims to create the portable sphygmomanometer and electrocardiograph (ECG) based on Arduino microcontroller have been implemented. In the fabrication of sphygmomanometer was used the MPX5050GP pressure sensor circuit and oscillometric method for analyzing oscillation signals cuff pressure from signal amplification. Meanwhile, in the manufacturing of electrocardiograph was used the AD8232 board and the electrocardiograph signal was then displayed on processing software. From the research that has been conducted shows that the overall system is created to serve as a sphygmomanometer and an electrocardiograph. The average ratio of systolic and diastolic blood pressure were obtained are 0.49 and 0.79, respectively. The signals can be detected using an electrocardiograph prototype is a signal on lead aVR, aVL, and aVF where the shape and rhythm of the prototype are in conformity with the calibrator EKG 2000 version 5.
