Abstract
Didalam tugas akhir ini, penulis mengerjakan analisa teknis system ventilasi pada kamar mesin dan HVAC untuk ruang akomodasi Kapal Induk Perambuan. System ventilasi kamar mesin dan system HVAC yang akan dianalisa mencakup perhitungan kapasitas blower kamar mesin, design dan ukuran duckting kamar mesin, perhitungan beban pendinginan ruangan, serta pemilihan spesifikasi system ventilasi dan HVAC. Dimana perhitungan tersebut dilakukan untuk memenuhi standart International Labour Organitation (ILO). Standart internasional yang mengatur tentang kenyamanan untuk pekerja.
Perhitungan untuk ventilasi engine room yang dilakukan mengacu pada standart ISO 8861 :“Shipbuilding —Engine-room ventilation in diesel-engined ships — Design requirements and basis of calculations. Suhu desain kamar mesin kapal ini sebesar 37oC. Dan perhitungan HVAC akomodasi room mengacu pada standart ISO 7547 :“Ships and marine technology —Air-conditioning and ventilation of accommodation spaces — Design conditions and basis of calculations. Dengan suhu desain ruangan akomodasi sebesar 27oC.
Hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan standart ISO 8861 & Iso 7547. Didapatkan kapasitas udara supply blower untuk engine room sebesar 115927.06 m3/h. perhitungan lalu ditambahkan dengan safety factor (desain) sebesar 1.2 kali dari kapasitas. Hasil akhir sebesar 139138/6 m3/h. Untuk ruangan diesel generator kapal yang di dapatkan sebesar 34161.68 m3/h. perhitungan lalu ditambahkan dengan safety factor (desain) sebesar 1.2 kali dari kapasitas. Hasil akhir sebesar 40994.02 m3/h. Dan besar beban pendinginan pada ruangan ruangan dengan Air Conditioning yaitu sebesar 126.659,2 Btu/h atau sebesar 37.120 kW

In this thesis, the author working on a technical analysis
of the ventilation system in the engine room and HVAC for room
accommodation Kapal Induk Perambuan. Engine room
ventilation system and HVAC system that will be analyzed
include calculation capacity of engine room blower, design and
size duckting on engine room, cooling load calculation, as well
as the selection of ventilation and HVAC system specifications.
Where the calculation for requiring the standards of the
International Labour Organitation (ILO).
Calculations for ventilation engine room made reference
to the standard ISO 8861: "Shipbuilding -Engine-room
ventilation in diesel-engined ships - Design requirements and
basis of calculations. Ship engine room design temperature is at
37 °C. And calculating HVAC room accommodation refers to
standard ISO 7547: "Ships and marine technology -Airconditioning and ventilation of accommodation spaces - Design
conditions and basis of calculations. With the design of the
accomodation room temperature is 27oC.
The results of calculations have been done based on the
standard ISO 8861 & 7547. Obtained Iso blower to supply air
capacity of engine room of 115927.06 m3 / h. calculation and
then added with a safety factor (design) of 1.2 times the capacity.
The final result of 139138/6 m3 / h. For the diesel generator
room in getting the ship amounted to 34161.68 m3 / h.
