Abstract

Analisa distribusi medan listrik yang dihasilkan oleh ECCT pada model kepala manusia dengan atau tanpa kanker otak menggunakan elektroda wire mesh telah berhasil dilaksanakan. Analisa distribusi medan listrik dilakukan dengan simulasi pada model kepala manusia menggunakan sistem ECCT Apparel Helmet tipe A yang dimodelkan dalam bentuk 3 dimensi. Distribusi medan listrik diukur tanpa elektroda wire mesh dan dengan elektroda wire mesh baik pasif maupun aktif menggunakan perangkat lunak COMSOL Multiphysics 5.2 dan diolah menggunakan Matlab R2010a. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa ECCT yang digunakan pada terapi kanker otak dengan masukan 10 V mampu menghasilkan medan listrik dengan rata-rata sebesar 178,8 V/m. Distribusi medan listrik tersebut hanya dipengaruhi oleh besar tegangan masukan dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh frekuensi sinyal. Elektroda wire mesh baik aktif maupun pasif mampu mengukur distribusi medan listrik yang dihasilkan oleh ECCT yang hasilnya tidak mengubah pola distribusi medan listrik dan perubahan nilai medan listrik yang terukur tidak signifikan. ========================================================================== Electric field distribution analysis generated by ECCT in a human head model with or without brain cancer using wire mesh electrode has been successfully conducted. The analysis of electric field distribution has been done using the simulation in the human head model using ECCT Apparel Helmet system type A that is modeled in 3 dimensional. The electric field distribution can be measured without wire mesh electrode and with wire mesh electrode either passive or active using COMSOL Multiphysics 5.2 software and was then processed using Matlab R2010a. From the research that has been completed, ECCT which is utilized in the brain cancer therapy with input 10 V able to produce an electric field with an average of 178,8 V/m. The electric field distribution is only influenced by the input voltage and not influenced by the signal frequency. Wire mesh electrode either active or passive can be measured the electric field distribution generated by ECCT that the results did not change the pattern of the electric field distribution and the change of the measured electric field value is not significant.
