Abstract

Terjadinya pertumbuhan volume penumpang setiap harinya di Bandara Internasional Juanda berpengaruh juga dengan pertumbuhan penumpang untuk moda angkutan umum yang disediakan. Akan tetapi banyak dari penumpang lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi dikarenakan tidak memenuhinya kebutuhan angkutan transportasi massal yang telah disediakan. Semakin banyak pengguna mobil pribadi maka semakin berkurang akses ruas jalan menuju Bandara Internasional Juanda (T2) sehingga dibutuhkan sarana angkutan massal yang memadai untuk mengatasi kepadatan yang terjadi dan melakukan perubahan dari segi fasilitas yang diberikan oleh pihak pemberi jasa. Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisa kinerja fasilitas moda transportasi massal yang ada di bandara dan analisa probabilitas perpindahan mobil pribadi ke bus damri rute bandara internasional juanda (T2) – Terminal Purabaya (Bungurasih) apabila angkutan umum massal menuju dan dari Terminal 2 Bandara Internasional Juanda dibenahi. Data primer dalam analisa kinerja didapatkan dari hasil survey kuisioner dan wawancara dengan pengolahan data menggunakan analisa kuadran. Setelah itu dilakukan analisa teknik preference untuk mengetahui tahapan analisa probabilitas dengan menggunakan software SPSS dan perhitungan analisa logit biner. Dari hasil analisa yang didapatkan, pada analisa kinerja yang dilakukan oleh pihak pemberi jasa sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diberikan. Pada analisa kuadran faktor utama yang perlu dilakukan perubahan adalah fasilitas shelter pada setiap terminal, fasilitas WIFI pada bus, dan penambahan rute perjalanan pada Terminal 2 Bandara Internasional Juanda. Selain itu, hasil probabilitas perpindahan mobil pribadi ke bus damri menurut karakteristik responden yang berjenis kelamin perempuan berusia sekitar 20 – 40 tahun dengan penghasilan sekitar Rp 5 juta – Rp 10 juta memiliki peluang berpindah dari mobil pribadi ke bus damri rute bandara internasional juanda (T2) – terminal purabaya (bungurasih) sebesar 65% dan hasil probabilitas perpindahan mobil pribadi ke kereta bandara menurut karakteristik responden yang berjenis kelamin perempuan berusia sekitar 20 – 40 tahun dengan pengahasilan sekitar > Rp 10 juta memiliki peluang berpindah dari mobil pribadi ke kereta bandara sebesar 69%. Dalam hasil analisa proporsi perpindahan moda menurut waktu tempuh dan tarif. Dengan Tarif Rp 10.000 menjadi pilihan responden terbanyak sebesar 30 orang responden (30%) dan dari waktu tempuh yang diharapkan selama 15 menit dengan responden sebanyak 37 orang (37%). =========================================================================================================== The occurrence of daily passenger volume growth at Juanda international airport also influence the growth of the passengers of public transport mode passengers that provided. But many of the passengers prefer using a personal vehicle because the needs of mass transport that had been provided are not fullfilling. Many private car users make the access toll road to Juanda International Airport (T2) diminishing, so the means of mass transit that adequate are required to cope the overcrowding happened and make changes in terms of the facilities provided by the services giver. In this final project conducted performance analysis of mass transportation facilities are there at the airport and a private car transfer probability analysis to the bus route damri juanda International Airport (T2) – Purabaya Terminal (Bungurasih) when the public transport to and from the Juanda International Airport Terminal 2 addressed. The primary data in this analysis are obtained from the results of a survey questionnaire and interview by means of analysis quadrant to process data. Afterwards, it were used the stated preference techniques to determine the stage of analysis probability by using SPSS software and calculation of binary logit analysis. From the result of the analysis obtained, on performance analysis done by the giver is in compliance with the provisions of the services provided. The result at the quadrant analysis of the main factors the thing that need to be change is the shelter facilities at each terminal, WIFI facilities on buses, and the travel route adding at Juanda international airport's second terminal. In addition, the probability of a private car transfer in to damribuses according to the characteristics of the respondents of female gender aged about 20 – 40 years that salaried around Rp 5 million to Rp 10 million – have a chance of moving from a private car to a Juanda International Airport (T2) – Purabaya Terminal (bungurasih) Damri busroute about 65% and the probability of a private car transfer to airport rail according to the characteristics of the respondents female gender aged about 20 – 40 years that salaried around > Rp 10 million have the chance of switching from a private car to the airport train about 69%. In the results of a proportion analysis according to transfer mode because of travel time and fares. The most respondents chose IDR 10,000 with 30 respondents (30%) and the expected travel time during 15 minutes by 37 respondents (37%).
