Abstract
PT. XYZ berencana membangun sebuah dermaga penerimaan crude oil pada refinery yang terletak di Tanjung Pecinan, Kabupaten Situbondo, Jawa Timur. Pada tugas akhir ini dibahas perencanaan layout fasilitas dermaga dengan mempertimbangkan analisis kondisi hidro-oseanografi. Tahap pertama adalah memodelkan kondisi hidro-oseanografi dengan software Surface Modelling System (SMS), dimana untuk pemodelan gelombang menggunakan modul pengerjaan CMS-Wave, sedangkan arus dan laju sedimentasi dengan CMS-Flow. Hasil dari pemodelan gelombang menunjukkan tinggi gelombang yang tidak terlalu besar yang artinya memenuhi kriteria tinggi gelombang agar kapal dapat melakukan proses bongkar muat. Untuk pemodelan arus, kecepatan arus menunjukkan angka yang cukup kecil dan tidak mempengaruhi pergerakan kapal saat berthing secara signifikan. Dari pemodelan laju sedimen terlihat bahwa arah sedimentasi mengarah ke kiri (barat). Setelah analisa kondisi eksisting, dilakukan penentuan zona pembangunan dermaga yang paling optimum dengan metode kriteria majemuk weighted utility, zona 4 yang berlokasi di ujung kanan lokasi refinery mendapatkan score tertinggi. Dengan data kapal 320.00 DWT maka didapatkan panjang trestle sebesar 306, 4 m dan ketinggian 30 m. Untuk layout perairan dimensi dari alur masuk adalah 6072.7 m; 510.2 m; 26.5 m (L; W; D) dan kolam dermaga adalah 421.7 m; 75 m (L; W), sedangkan untuk diameter kolam putar adalah 674.7 m.

PT. XYZ plans to build a crude oil receiving terminal at the refinery wich located in Tanjung Pecinan, Situbondo, East Java. This final project discussed about the planning of berth Facilities layout by considering the analysis of Hydro-Oceanographic conditions. First step is to model the Hydro-Oceanographic conditions with Surface Modelling System (SMS) software, which for wave modelling uses CMS-Wave module, while sea curent and rate of sedimentation modelling use CMS-Flow module. The results of wave modeling shows that the wave height is not too large and meets the criteria for ship can do loading and unloading process. In current modeling, the current velocity also shows a fairly small numbers and does not affect the movement of ship while berthing significantly. From Sedimentation modelling looks that the direction of sedimentation leading to the left (West). After analysing the existing condition, the next step is to determine the most optimum zone for terminal development using weighted utility methods. Zone 4 wich located at the right end of refinery gets the highest score. With considering ship displacement around 320.00 DWT, then obtained the long of trestle is 306, 4 m and height 30 m. Dimensions of the approach channel are 510.2 m; 6072.7 m; 26.5 m (L; W; D) and basin are 421.7 m; 75 m (L; W), while for the diameter of turning basin is 674.7 m.
