Abstract

Penelitian pada tugas akhir mengenai evaluasi kebisingan dan pemodelan ruang kelas sekolah tepatnya di salah satu sekolah swasta di Surabaya. Dalam upaya pemenuhan standar terhadap dampak kebisingan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui distribusi kebisingan dan memberikan simulasi serta evaluasi untuk penanggulangan dampak kebisingan pada sekolah. Pengujian dilakukan pada kelas yang paling dekat dengan sumber kebisingan, dilakukan juga pemodelan terhadap kelas yang diteliti hingga didapat rekomendasi material yang baik untuk memenuhi nilai ambang batas kebisingan untuk ruang kelas. Dari penelitian ini didapat bahwa dari ruang kelas dengan NC 49 hingga NC 59, dapat dioptimalkan menjadi NC 50 dengan memampatkan kusen. Melalui simulasi software, didapat bahwa Background Noise di ruang kelas uji dapat dioptimalkan menjadi 43 dBA saat jendela diubah menjadi kaca 5mm + gap 10mm + kaca 8mm, dan akan menjadi 39 dBA saat tembok ditambahkan gypsum 10mm. Ketika ditambahkan gypsum 10mm, RT menurun 0.01s, STI naik 0.29 (atau 29%), dan rerata C50 naik menjadi 2.55dB. Ketika jendela diganti kaca 5mm + gap 10mm + kaca 8mm, RT naik 0.03s, STI naik 0,28 (atau 28%), dan rerata C50 naik menjadi 2.37dB. =================================================================================================== Research in noise evaluation and school classrooms modeling in order to fulfill the standard noise level aims to determine the distribution of noise in one of the private schools in Surabaya as the observation value of noise criteria and providing simulation and evaluation to overcome the impact of noise on the school observed. The author was observed the class closest to the noise of the traffic flow at the school, research also studied the modeling of the class to tried a good material to meet the noise threshold value for classrooms. From this research found that NC from the classroom are from NC 48 to NC 59, that can be optimized to SPL 50 dBA by reinforcing space frame forming, and from simulation by software, SPL can be optimized to 43 dBA when the window glass is converted into glass 10mm + gap 5mm + glass again 8mm, and NC will be 39 dBA when added gypsum wall 10mm. On the original situation simulation, RT reachs 0.59- 0.74 s, STI 0.33-0.52, dan average of C50 is -5.29. after added gypsum 10mm, RT decrease about 0.01s, STI increase abouut 0.29 (red: 29%), and average of C50 increase to 2.55dB. When converting the window become glass 5mm + gap 10mm + glass 8mm, RT increase about 0.03s, STI increase about 0,28 (red: 28%), and average of C50 increase to 2.37dB.
