Abstract

Results of laboratory tests of the Badan Lingkungan Hidup, clean water in Surabaya that still meet water quality standards in 2009 only reached 58,2%. One way to assess the extent of comtamination of the water by looking at the content of oxygen dissolved in the water. BOD is the amount of oxygen dissolved in the water is absorbed by mocroorganisms to break down organis waste material that can cause low oxygen content in the water. Measurement BOD value obtained are continuous and distribution weibull. This study uses linear regression and weibull regression which is a method the continuous data. The data used are spatial effects that do modeling GWR and GWUWR. The result of the significant variables in the GWR modeling is similar to linear regression and the result of modeling GWUWR differ between locations.. Variable nitrat is influential variable significant. The content of nitrat in the water coming from household waste. Based on the results obtained when the response variable distribution weibull then the best method for modeling BOD in the river in Surabaya is GWUWR.
