Abstract
Daerah Putat Jaya dahulu terkenal dengan daerah lokalisasi yang ada di dalamnya. Daerah tersebut bernama Gang Dolly. Sekarang lokalisasi tersebut sudah ditutup, namun masih menyisakan trauma mendalam terhadap anak - anak yang pernah mengalami kekerasan seksual dan tak sedikit jumlah anak yang belum terungkap. Perancang diminta tanggapannya untuk mendesain sebuah bangunan sebagai reaksi terhadap isu tersebut. Rancangan tersebut berdasarkan survei lokasi dan literatur yang mencatat informasi isu terkait, sehingga rancangan bisa tepat sasaran. Rancangan tersebut juga harus memiliki dampak terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat sekitar. Diharapkan rancangan tersebut dapat membantu anak - anak mengatasi trauma mereka dan memperingatkan masyarakat sekitar tentang dampak negatif sebuah lokalisasi.

Putat Jaya formerly known with red district area in it. The area was named Gang Dolly. The red area is now closed, but it still leaves a deep trauma for children who have experienced sexual violence, and not least the number of children who have not been revealed. Designers are asked to design a building response in reaction to the issue. The draft is based on site surveys and literature that records information related issues, so that the draft could be right on target. The draft should also have an impact on the environment and surrounding communities. The draft is expected to help children - children overcome their trauma and warn the community about the negative impact of the prostitution
