Abstract

Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang proses Lifting Jacket Removal dalam 2 kondisi, diatas muka air (in air) dan melewati muka air (splash zone) dengan variasi ukuran utuh dan terpotong menjadi 2 bagian. L-COM Jacket Platform dengan selfweight jacket 326,21 ton. Berdasarkan berat beban yang kurang dari 1-2% displasemen Floating Crane Vessel. Floating Crane Vessel mampu beroprasi jika memenuhi kriteria operasi meliputi respon gerak vessel dan tension sling. Harga tension sling harus memenuhi kriteria Safety Factors (SF) > 4. Didapatkan kondisi lifting struktur in air diperoleh tension sling tiap variasi ukuran struktur telah memenuhi kriteria operabilitas dengan SF > 4. Proses pengangkatan kondisi splash zone didapatkan struktur #1 (kondisi struktur utuh) yang memiliki hasil motion terbesar. Sway motion terbesar saat heading 90º sebesar 1,09 m, heave motion terbesar pada heading 45º sebesar 1,25 m, roll motion terbesar saat heading 45º sebesar 2,99º, gerakan pitch vessel terbesar pada heading 0º sebesar 0,998º. Nilai tension wire sling saat proses pengangkatan kondisi splash zone dengan Hs 3 m, didapatkan semua tension sling tiap heading dan variasi struktur memenuhi kriteria operabilitas dengan SF > 4. ====================================================================================== This final project study on process lifting jacket removal in two conditions, in air and splash zone, and with size variation intact and cuting into two parts. Jacket platform 326,21 tons shelfweight. lifted by floating crane displacement 78489 operated at Parigi Field, East Java Sea. Carne vessel is working safely when response fulfill operational limitation criteria. Sling tension must be fulfill Safety factorcs(SF) criteria > 4. Lifting condition of the structure in air obtained sling tension of each size variation structure has fulfill criteria operability with SF> 4. The result of lifting process in splash zone conditions that maximum motion in all heading variation structure # 1 (the condition of the structure intact) has the largest motion results. The result explain that maximum motion, sway motion currently heading 90º has 1.09 m, heave motion heading 45º has1.25 m, roll motion heading 45º has 2,99º, pitch motion heading 0º has 0,998º. Tension value of hoisting wire in splash zone condition when significant wave 3 m, obtained all heading and structure variations has fulfill criteria of operability with SF> 4.
