Abstract

Dalam dunia industri, data pengukuran proses dari suatu peralatan biasanya mengandung kesalahan yang dapat mengakibatkan proses tidak memenuhi hukum kesetimbangan massa dan energi. Teknik rekonsiliasi data adalah suatu metode untuk melakukan adjusment pada data pengukuran secara optimal, sehingga dapat memenuhi hukum kesetimbangan massa dan energi atau model proses. Pada tugas akhir ini teknik data rekonsiliasi dan deteksi gross error diimplementasikan pada perangkat lunak Sequence and Batch Oriented Language (SEBOL) centumVP dan OLE for Process Control Proses sehingga rekonsiliasi data dapat dilakukan secara online. Objek penelitian adalah proses penukar panas pada kondisi steady. Simulasi dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan integrasi perangkat lunak Matlab-OPC-DCS centum VP. Dengan memakai metode globat test, proses penukar panas tidak terdapat gross error karena memiliki nilai global test antara 0 hingga 8x10-28 dan perbedaan energi pada sisi shell dan tube penukar panas adalah sekitar 0 hingga 2x10-10 setelah dilakukan rekonsiliasi data sehingga memenuhi hukum kesetimbangan massa dan energi.

In industrial process, process measurement data from a measurement device usually contains errors that can result in the process does not obey mass and energy balance. Data reconciliation is a method to perform adjustment on measurement data optimally, so that it can obey the law of mass and energy balance or the process model. In this final project, data reconciliation and gross error detection is implemented in software Sequence and Batch Oriented Language (SEBOL) centumVP and OLE for Process Control Process so that data reconciliation can be done online. The object of this research is the process of steady state heat exchangers. Simulations carried out by utilizing the integration of software Matlab-OPC-DCS centum VP. By using methods globat test, there are no gross errors because it has a global tesl value between 0 and 8x10-28 test and the energy difference on the side of the shell and tube heat exchanger is about 0 to 2x10-10 after data reconciliation, so process heat exchanger obey the law of mass balance and energy.
