Abstract

================================================================================= Payroll remuneration applied to employees who work in ITS, without exception for FMIPA-ITS’s lecturers. This applied of remune-ration is not without problems, especially for the justice in receiving remuneration. Therefore, in this research used diagram of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine the lecturers satisfaction in remuneration. There are 4 factors that affect remuneration include performance, achievement motivation, characteristics of the work envi-ronment, and training transfer that become variables in this research as well. These variables can not be measured directly (latent variables) but with indicators so Structural Equation Modeling based variance or Partial Least Suare (SEM-PLS)’s method used to determine the truth of the theory regarding the relationship between variables. The results showed that the priority of service quality improvements made to the indicators in the first quadrant diagram of IPA related to allowance given, the working relationship between lecturers and employees, willingness to get achievement, and the workplace. Satisfaction index lecturers against remuneration is 82.1674% which means lecturers are satisfied with remuneration. Based on SEM-PLS analysis, variable training transfer has no significant effect on performance. The combi-nation of IPA’s diagram and SEM-PLS has significant results for each variables in the same quadrant but the relationship between training transfer and performane in quadrant III and the relationship between achievement motivation and performance in quadran IV are not signi-ficant.
