Abstract

PT. Semen Indonesia merupakan salah satu holding company penghasil semen terbesar di Indonesia yang menguasi 43% pangsa pasar dalam negeri. Dengan tingginya permintaan akan kebutuhan semen, PT. Semen Indonesia selalu berupaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dengan kualitas yang baik dengan menetapkan standar kualitas dalam produksinya agar mampu bersaing dengan industri persemenan lainnya. Salah satu monitoring kualitas semen di PT. Semen Indonesia pada tahap penggilingan akhir semen melibatkan beberapa variabel yang saling berhubungan. Proses pengendalian kualitas di PT. Semen Indonesia selama ini dilakukan dengan grafik monitoring hasil uji standar mutu kuat tekan. Variabel yang mempengaruhi kuat tekan antara lain blaine, insoluble, dan mesh. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengendalian kualitas secara statistik untuk mengetahui kebaikan proses secara menyeluruh. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan regression adjusted control chart sehingga didapatkan residual. Selanjutnya, mengendalikan residual menggunakan diagram kontrol Multivariate Exponential Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) untuk mendeteksi pergesaran variabilitas proses dan Multivariate Exponential Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) untuk mendeteksi pergeseran rata-rata proses. Nilai pembobot yang paling optimal untuk diagram kontrol MEWMV adalah untuk ω sebesar 0,6 dan λ sebesar 0,9 sedangkan pada diagram kontrol MEWMA nilai pembobot optimal adalah 0,9. Pada fase satu dan fase dua, variabilitas proses dan rata-rata proses telah terkendali secara statistik.

PT. Semen Indonesia is one of the largest cement holding companies in Indonesia, which is in command of 43% market share in the country. With the high demand, PT. Semen Indonesia always strives to meet the needs of consumers with good quality by setting standards of quality in its production in order to compete with another cement industry. One of the cement quality monitoring in PT. Semen Indonesia at the finishing mill stage involves interrelated variables. Quality control process in PT. Semen Indonesia has been done with the graphics quality standard monitoring test results of compressive strength. The variable that affect the compressive strength is blaine, insoluble, and mesh. Therefore, it is necessary to control the quality of the statistical basis for knowing the good of the overall process. In this research used regression adjusted control chart to obtaining the residual. Furthermore, the residual control using Multivariate Exponential Weighted Moving Variance (MEWMV) to detect a shift in variability process and Multivariate Exponential Weighted Moving Average (MEWMA) to detect a shift in mean process. The optimal weighted value for MEWMV control chart is ω = 0,6 and λ = 0,9 while the optimal weighted value for MEWMA is 0,9. In phase one and phase two, the variability process and the average process had been controlled statistically.
