Abstract

Proyek Jembatan Cisomang merupakan bagian dari proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol Cipularang. Jembatan Cisomang dibangun menggunakan sistem girder I pratekan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini akan dibuat perencanaan baru sistem gelagar berbentuk box multi cells precast pratekan. Gelagar box dibuat segmental cast in situ dengan ketinggian penampang box bervariasi mulai dari 2,95 – 5 m. Perencanaan jembatan sesuai dengan peraturan SNI T-02-2005 dan RSNI T- 12-2004.. Dari data-data perencanaan kemudian dilakukan preliminary desain dengan menentukan dimensi-dimensi utama jembatan. Memasuki tahap awal perencanaan adalah perhitungan unsur sekunder jembatan yaitu parapet. Analisa beban yang terjadi terdiri dari analisa berat sendiri, analisa beban mati tambahan, dan beban lalu lintas. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan analisa gaya dalam akibat sistem balance cantilefer dan sistem statis tak tentu.. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan penulangan box, kontrol lendutan, perhitungan geser, perhitungan kekuatan dan stabilitas yang meliputi kontrol momen retak, kontrol momen batas, kontrol gaya membelah, dan kontrol torsi. Hasil perancangan struktur berupa dimensi box, penempatan tendon, penulangan dan pendetailan struktur yang dituangkan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel dan gambar-gambar. ============================================================================================== Cisomang Bridge Project is the part of Road Cipulrang . Cisomang bridge was built by using precast . Therefore, the final project was made by using new modifications with the addition of one lane. It aims to wider the construction of bridges up by using girder system with multi box-shaped precast prestressed cells. Box girder was made by segmental cast in situ with the height of the box cross-section ranges from 2.95 to 5 m. The bridge design based on the regulations SNI T-02-2005 and RSNI T-12-2004. Moreover, preliminary design was processed by determining the main dimensions of the bridge using the planning data. The first stage of planning was calculation of the secondary element which is parapet. The Analysis of load consist of self weight, dead load and traffic load. Afterwards, the force analysis was calculated from the result of balance system cantilefer and statically indeterminate systems. Furthermore, the reinforcement boxs, deflection controls, shear calculations, calculation of strength and stability control included cracking moments, limit moment controls, splitting force controls, and torque controls was calculated. In the end, the results of structural design such box dimensions, the placement of tendon, reinforcement and structure detailing was showed in the form of tables and pictures.
