Abstract
Proyek Desain Struktur Silo merupakan bagian dari proyek pembangunan Silo di Tuban, Jawa Timur. Struktur Silo dibangun menggunakan sistem dinding prategang dengan kolom dan balok. Oleh karena itu, dalam penulisan Proyek Akhir Terapan ini akan dibuat desain baru sistem strukur silo dengan menggunakan dinding prategang tanpa struktur kolom. Struktur kolom digantikan oleh skur yang berfungsi sebagai penyangga balok kantilever dalam memikul beban. Desain Silo ini sesuai dengan peraturan Handbook of Concrete Engineering dan SNI 2847:2013. Dari data-data perencanaan kemudian dilakukan desain awal dengan menentukan dimensi-dimensi utama struktur silo pratekan. Memasuki tahap awal perencanaan adalah perhitungan pelat, balok, dan skur. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan penulangan struktur Silo. Pengecoran Silo menggunakan metode Slipforming dan pemasangan cone dilaksanakan setelah pengecoran selesai. Hasil desain struktur berupa dimensi balok, skur, penempatan tendon, penulangan, pendetailan struktur dan langkah metode pelaksanaan dituangkan dalam bentuk tabel-tabel dan gambar-gambar

Silos Structure Design Project is part of a construction Silos project in Tuban, East Java. Silos structure was built using prestressed wall with columns and beams. Therefore, in the writing of this Applied Final Project will be created a new design system structure of the silos using prestressed wall without structural columns. Structural columns replace with skur that support cantilever beam in shouldering the loads. Silos design according to Handbook of Concrete Engineering and SNI 2847: 2013. From the data do initial design planning by determining the main dimensions of prestressed silos structure. Tthe early stages of planning is the calculation of plates, beams, and skur. Furthermore, the calculation of reinforcement structure Silo. Silos casting use Slipforming method and installation cone implemented after casting is completed. Results of dimensional structure design of beams, skur, tendon placement, reinforcement, detailing the structure and implementation of construction method outlined in the form of tables and pictures.
