Abstract

Modifikasi desain dermaga peti kemas berada di pelabuhan teluk lamong surabaya. Dermaga petikemas ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi waktu tunggu (antrian) kapal di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak, selaku pintu gerbang perekonomian Jawa Timur dan Kawasan Timur Indonesia. Rencana pelayanan jangka panjang harus dapat dipikirkan, oleh karena itu peningkatan kapasitas serta penambahan dermaga dirasa perlu, ditambah seiring berjalanya waktu arus peti kemas pasti meningkat . Modifikasi perencanaan dermaga ini meninjau dermaga peti kemas yang akan direncanakan di teluk lamong sehingga dapat melayani kapal dengan kapasitas sampai 50.000 DWT di sisi laut dan 10.000 DWT di sisi darat Dalam Proyek akhir terapan ini, terdapat 3 struktur yang di hitung diantaranya pertama strutur catwalk sebagai jembatan penghubung dermaga dan mooring dolphin, yang kedua mooring dolphin sebegi struktur khusus untuk tambat kapal dan dermaga iv itu sendiri sebagai penggerak segala kegiatan bongkar muat peti kemas. Struktur bawah direncanakan menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang baja (steel pipe pile) mulai diameter 508mm tebal 14mm di catwalk sampai 1219mm tebal 22mm pada tiang crane dermaga.stUntuk struktur yang menggunakan beton, dipakai beton mutu f’c = 35 MPa seperti plat dermaga dan mooring dolphin, balok, pilecap dan shear ring Dari hasil modifikasi desain dermaga peti kemas diperoleh dimensi dermaga sepanjang 251m dan lebar 47,15m ditambah panajng catwalk 35 m dan panjang mooring 6m dengan jarak per tiang memanjang 8m dan lebar yang bervasiasi menyesuaikan rel crane yang sesuai. Dimensi pelat tinggi 35 cm dan balok diantaranya untuk crane 1000mm x 2000mm, balok melintang dan memanjang 800 x 1800m, balok tepi dan balok anak 500 x 800m kemudian ada balok listplank 300 x 3500 dimensi pilecap 2000m x 2000 x 1500 untuk tunggal selain crane dan tinggi 1750 untuk tiang crane agar memenuhi persyaratan geser pons. Dermaga menggunakan 2 alat yang berbeda kapasitas di sisi laut memakai STS (ship to shore) crane dan di sisi darat memekai Jib Portal crane untuk bongkar muat dan menggunakan truk trailer khusus bahan bakar gas ramah lingkungan ATT trailer ===================================================================================== Design modification of jetty container is in port Lamong Bay Surabaya. Container of jetty is expected to reduce the waiting time (queue) ships in the Port of Tanjung Perak, as the gate of the economy of East Java and eastern Indonesia. Long-term care plans should be considered, therefore increasing the capacity and the addition of the pier is deemed necessary, added over time container flow is definitely increasing. Modification plan is reviewing container of jetty that will be planned in the bay Lamong so that it can serve vessels with a capacity of up to 50,000 DWT on the water side and 10,000 DWT on the land side This applied in the final project, there are three structures were calculated including the first strutur catwalk is as a bridge jetty and mooring dolphin, second is mooring dolphin as special structure for mooring the ship and then the jetty itself as the driving force of all activities of loading and unloading of containers. Superstructure is planned use of pile foundation steel (steel pipe pile) ranging in from diameter 508mm with 14mm thick to 1219mm thick 22mm catwalk at dermaga. For crane mast structure using concrete, the quality of concrete used f'c = 35 MPa as plate dock and mooring dolphin , beams, and the shear ring pilecap From the result of design modifications obtained jetty container, Jetty dimensions along is 251m and width of 47,15m lenght of catwalk is 35 m and mooring 6m. 8m is distance per steel pipe pile lengthwise and width of the crane rail bervasiasi adjust accordingly. Dimension, plates 35 cm high and beam them to crane 1000mm x 2000mm, transverse beams and extends 800 x 1800m, edge beams and joists 500 x 800m and then there is a beam listplank 300 x 3500 pilecap dimension 2000m x 2000 x 1500 for a single in addition to cranes and tall 1750 to be eligible crane shear pons. Jetty is using two different tools capacities at the water side wearing STS (ship to shore) cranes and land side using Portal jib crane for unloading and use a special trailer truck fuel environmentally-friendly gas ATT trailer
