Abstract
Di era modern saat ini muncul beragam ide untuk menciptakan peluang bisnis, salah satunya adalah kafe. Kafe menjadi salah satu alternatif bisnis yang menarik dan menjanjikan. Fungsi kafe selain tempat untuk bersantap menikmati hidangan juga sebagai sarana sosialisasi masyarakat modern bahkan saat ini kafe juga digunakan sebagai lokasi pertemuan formal maupun non formal. Sajian konsep desain interior pada kafe selain bertujuan untuk menambah
nilai jual dari kafe juga bertujuan untuk menunjukkan identitas kafe. Kafe D’bellpepper ini sendiri merupakan kafe yang berlokasi di Jl.Suroyo 1 Kabupaten/Kota Probolinggo yang menawarkan kuliner bercita rasa oriental.
Pengembangan desain dari kafe ini tidak sekedar mengutamakan fungsi guna namun juga estetika dan mempertimbangkan kenyamanan manusia ketika beraktivitas di dalamnya. Metode penelitian pada desain interior ini meliputi pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Survey dan observasi langsung ke lapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi secara riil Kafe D’bellpepper dan aktivitas yang dilakukan didalamnya, serta pengambilan sampel dengan kuesioner dilakukan kepada pengunjung untuk mengetahui desain interior Kafe D’bellpepper yang diharapkan. Data yang didapat akan diolah dan dianalisa untuk mendapatkan sebuah konsep dengan bantuan studi pustaka mengenai data yang menunjang seperti standardisasi perancangan kafe hingga data pembanding dan
referensi tentang objek yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan eksisting kafe diperoleh sebuah ide untuk lebih menonjolkan ciri khas dari kafe seperti jenis sajian makanan (oriental) serta lokasi kafe berada (Kabupaten/Kota Probolinggo).
Pencapaian modern oriental pada Kafe D’bellpepper Probolinggo ini diharapkan dapat memberi karakter pada kafe sertaaplikasi ikon Probolinggo(batik Bayuangga) menjadi pembeda yang tidak dimiliki oleh kafe lainnya.

In the modern era there are all kinds of ideas for creating business opportunities, one of them is cafe. Cafe became one of business alternative which is attractive and promising. Cafe functions is more than just a place to enjoy a meal, as well as a place for modern society to socialize even now cafe is also used for place for both forma and informal meetings. Interior design concepts at the cafe apart from the purpose to increase the selling value of cafe its also aims to show the identity of the Cafe. D'bellpepper cafe itself is a café located in Jl.Suroyo 1 City of Probolinggo which offers culinary oriental flavor. The development of the design of this cafe is not just a priority in order to function, but also aesthetic and considering human comfort on it. The research method on the interior design includes data collection is
carried on directly or indirectly. Surveys and direct observation to the field to determine the condition of Cafe D'bellpepper real terms and the activities conducted therein, as well as sampling with questionnaires done to the visitor to know the interior design Cafe D'bellpepper expected. The data obtained will be processed and analyzed to obtain a concept with the help of literature concerning
the data to support such standardization of design cafe to comparable data and object references are required. Based on the existing cafe obtained an idea to further highlight the hallmark of cafes such as the type of food dish (oriental) as well as the location of the cafe is located (City of Probolinggo). Achievement of modern oriental in Cafe D'bellpepper Probolinggo is expected to give the characters on the cafe and applications of one of Probolinggo icons which is batik Bayuangga turn out to be a differentiator that is not owned by another cafe.
