Abstract

Ledakan penduduk selalu menjadi masalah yang dikaitkan dengan berbagai permasalahan yang ada pada suatu wilayah terutama kota. Hal ini dikarenakan ledakan penduduk akan meningkatkan tingkat kebutuhan masyarakat, termasuk kebutuhan transportasi. Negara kita Indonesia termasuk dalam negara yang memilki jumlah penduduk yang banyak sekitar 240 juta jiwa, meskipun luas tanah pijak masih cukup luas sekitar 1.9 juta meter persegi namun, pemerataan jumlah yang tidak seimbang di beberapa wilayah terutama wilyah perkotaan metropolitan seperti Jakarta dan Surabaya mengakibatkan munculnya berbagai kemacetan dan akhirnya menghambat konsistensi mobilitas terutama saat jam kerja.
Rencana pemerintah kota Surabaya untuk pengembangan serta penambahan beberapa jenis moda transportasi baru merupakan sebuah langkah yang hars diambil untuk mengatasi persoalan kepadatan lalu lintas di hampir semua ruas jalan penting di
kota Surabaya. Sebagai rencana pemkot Surabaya sudah penyiapkan desain berupa konnsep poin-poin dimana proyek ini akan berlokasi.
Penulis menyarankan sebuah bangunan stasiun/ terminal Hub , yang mengutamakan orientasi terhadap kebutuhan publik terutama dalam kemudahan dan efisiensi akses ke sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang berbeda. Penerapan bangunan dilakukan ke arah vertikal guna menghubungkan beberapa sirkulasi penghubung transportasi yang berbeda elevasi ketinggian.

Population explosion has always been a problem associated with the various problems that exist in the region, especially the city. This is due to the population explosion will increase the level of community needs, including transportation needs.Our country Indonesia including in countries that have a population of a lot of approximately 240 million people, despite the extensive ground beneath is still an area of about 1.9 million square meters however, equalization amount not balanced in some regions, especially the regions of the urban metropolis like Jakarta and Surabaya resulted in various jams and ultimately hinder the mobility of consistency, especially during working hours.
Surabaya city government plans for development as well as the addition of some
kind of new transportation modes that must be taken to overcome the problem of traffic
congestion in almost all important roads in the city of Surabaya. As the Surabaya city
government has prepared a plan of design in the form of konnsep points where the
project will be located.
The author suggests a building station / terminal Hub, which prioritizes the orientation to the needs of the public, especially in the ease and efficiency of access to transport facilities and infrastructure are different. Implementation of the building is done in the vertical direction in order to connect several different transport's circulation by links elevation.
