Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung baik domestik maupun mancanegara ke Pulau Bali dan Pulau Lombok setiap tahunnya, menunjukkan bahwa kedua pulau ini masih memiliki potensi untuk terus dikembangkan dalam sektor pariwisatanya. Perlu dilakukan penambahan dan perbaikan fasilitas yang menunjang guna menambah kualitas maupun kuantitas pelayanannya. Sektor wisata bahari masih menjadi sektor yang sangat menjanjikan untuk terus dikembangkan. Saat ini di Bali sudah ada beberapa kapal yang mengakomodasi penumpangnya untuk berwisata cruise dan bermain di wahana permainan di tengah laut, seperti kapal Bali Hai, Bounty Cruise dan Quicksilver Cruise. Akan tetapi, ketiga kapal ini tidak menyediakan penginapan dan dinner cruise yang justru ramai diperbincangkan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai Self-Propelled Resort yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik perairan di Selat Lombok. Self-Propelled Resort di rencanakan akan berlayar selama dua hari dengan fasilitas dinner cruise, hotel apung dan dua kali singgah di wahana permainan tengah laut (mega pontoon) di Pulau Nusa Penida (Bali) dan Pulau Gili Trawangan (Lombok). Desain Self-Propelled Resort dilakukan menggunakan metode parental design approach. Dari serangkaian proses desain yang sudah dilakukan, maka didapatkan Lpp = 47 m, B = 17,60 m, H = 5.20 m, T = 2.60 m dengan jumlah penumpang sebanyak 116 dan 35 crew. Setelah di dapatkan ukuran utama ini, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan Lines Plan, General Arrangement dan desain interior 3D. ========================================================================================================================== The increasing number of both domestic and foreign visitors to Bali Island and Lombok Island every year, indicate that both islands still has potential to be developed in tourism sector. It necessary needs to add and repair facilities that support the increasing of quality and quantity of service. Marine tourism sector still give a good sign to be developed. Nowadays in Bali, there are some ships that accommodate passengers travelling on cruise and play some sport and game in the middle of the sea, such as Bali Hai ship, Bounty Cruise and Quicksilver Cruise. But, we can’t found hotel and dinner cruise that was popular and lively discussed. Based on this background, the author conducted research on Self-Propelled Resort accordance with the needs and characteristics of the waters in the Strait of Lombok. Self-Propelled Resort, planned to sail for two days with a dinner cruise facility, floating hotel and twice stopped in the middle of the sea rides (mega pontoon) on the island of Nusa Penida (Bali) and the island of Gili Trawangan (Lombok). Design of Self-Propelled Resort is done using parental design approach. From the series of design process that has been done, obtained LWL = 47 m, B = 17.60 m, H = 5.20 m, T = 2.60 m with as many as 116 passengers and 35 crew. After the main dimension is obtained, then followed by the designing of Lines Plan, General Arrangement and three-dimensional interior design.
