Abstract

PT.Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri khususnya yaitu industri semen, yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil semen terbesar di Indonesia. Oleh karenanya penting bagi perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk barang dan jasa yang bermutu tinggi agar dapat bersaing dan memiliki prospek keberhasilan jangka panjangnya. Dalam penelitian ini komposisi yang akan dianalisis menggunakan metode taguchi yaitu kadar SO3, kadar insoluble, dan kadar LOI. Ketiganya merupakan bahan indikator pengukuran baku penyusun semen tipe PPC (Portland Pozzoland Cement). Ketiga bahan baku tersebut akan mempengaruhi karakteristik kualitas semen yaitu setting time (waktu pengikatan) dan kuat tekan semen. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan optimasi metode Taguchi dengan pendekatan fungsi desirability regresi fuzzy pada kasus kuat tekan dan setting time semen PPC. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu model upper merupakan model yang terbaik karena mampu menghasilkan respon yang memenuhi spesifikasi perusahaan dan memenuhi sifat karakteristik kualitas semen PPC. Yaitu kuat tekan semen 28 hari sebesar 405,23 kg/cm2 dan setting time awal sebesar 233 menit. Nilai prediksi tersebut didapatkan dengan campuran kadar SO3 sebesar 0,245% - 0,2871%, kadar insoluble sebesar 16,16% - 29,64%, dan kadar LOI sebesar 1,38% - 1,90%.

Semen Indonesia (Persero), Tbk is an industrial company, in particular cement industry, which is one of the largest cement producer in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for companies to produce goods and services of good quality in order to compete, and have prospects for long-term success. In this study the composition analyzed using the Taguchi method is levels of SO3, levels of insoluble and levels of LOI. The third ingredient is an indicator of the type of cement constituent raw measurement PPC (Portland Pozzoland Cement). Third raw materials will affect semen quality characteristics, such as setting time (bonding time) and compressive strength of cement. In this study, the optimization process will be conducted with the Taguchi method regression fuzzy desirability function approach, in the case of compressive strength and setting time of cement PPC. The result is upper models is the best model because it is able to produce an appropriate response specifications of the company and the appropriate nature of PPC cement quality characteristics. That is, the 28 day compressive strength of cement amounted to 405.23 kg / cm2 and the initial setting time of 233 minutes. The predictive value obtained with a mixture of SO3 levels of 0.245% - 0.2871%, levels of insoluble by 16.16% - 29.64% and LOI levels of 1.38% - 1.90%. of SO3 levels of 0.245% - 0.2871%, levels of insoluble by 16.16% - 29.64% and LOI levels of 1.38% - 1.90%.
