Abstract
Setelah dikeluarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Darat Nomor SK.885 / AP.005 /DRJD / 2015 oleh Kementerian Perhubungan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat, kapal Landing Craft Tank (LCT) dilarang beroperasi sebagai angkutan penyeberangan karena fungsi dibangunnya kapal LCT bukan untuk mengangkut penumpang. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk membuat skenario pemanfaatan kapal LCT ditinjau dari pendapatan, profit, dan analisis kelayakan investasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat tiga skenario pemanfaatan yaitu skenario 1 dimana kapal LCT dibesi tuakan, skenario 2 dimana kapal LCT dimodifikasi menjadi Kapal Motor Penumpang (KMP) rute Ketapang - Gilimanuk dengan kapasitas angkut 108 pax dan 18 unit kendaraan, dan skenario 3 dimana kapal LCT dialihkan menjadi angkutan barang general cargo dengan rute terpilih Tanjung Perak – Tanjung Tembaga – Tanjung Wangi – Benoa – Tanjung Wangi – Tanjung Tembaga – Tanjung Perak. Skenario pemanfaatan yang terpilih adalah skenario 2 yaitu kapal dimodifikasi menjadi KMP dengan nilai NPV setelah dimodifikasi bernilai (+) sebesar Rp. 38.193.204.003,66 sehingga dikatakan layak.

Refers to the statement of Director of General Land Transportation No. SK. 885 / AP.005 /DRJD / 2015 by Ministry of Land Transportation Directorat General of Land Transportation Landing Craft Tank (LCT) vessel had been banned to carrying passanger , because the main purpose of LCT are carrying cargoes.This research aims to give any available scenario to operate LCT vessel within max revenue, profit and also investasion analysis. The analysis show that there are 3 available scenario, first the LCT vessel will be scrapped in the scrapyard, second the LCT vessel will be modified into ferry vessel and third the LCT vessel change the original function of LCT vessel into general cargo carrying vessel. The most available scenario which have maximum revenue, is second scenario. The Net Present Value (NPV) result for the second for the second scenario is (+) positive with value is around Rp. 38.193.204.003, so this scenario is more optimum than the other. In this scenario, the LCT vessel can carrying 18 unit vehicles and 108 passangers.
