Abstract

Kota Surabaya merupakan kota metropolitan yang
mengalami pertumbuhan dengan pesat. Namun, seperti yang
terjadi di kota-kota besar di Indonesia, banjir merupakan
permasalahan yang kompleks karena dapat melumpuhkan
kegiatan ekonomi dan aktivitas warga. Untuk mengatasi
permasalahan tersebut, Pemerintah Kota Surabaya membangun
rumah-rumah pompa pengendali banjir. Namun pemeliharaan
pompa-pompa banjir yang ada sangat minim, sehingga sering
terjadi kerusakan yang mengakibatkan biaya besar.
Untuk itu dalam tugas akhir ini akan dibahas mengenai
breakdwon maintenance Pompa Banjir tipe Axial Submersible.
Tujuan tugas akhir ini untuk mengetahui komponen kritis dari
pompa banjir, mengetahui cara troubleshooting, mengetahui
prosedur penanganan kerusakan impeller dan bearing pada
pompa banjir, penyusunan Prosedur

Surabaya is a metropolis city that has been grown
rapidly. But, like others big cities in Indonesia, flood in Surabaya
is a complex problem because it can paralyze economic and
people activities. To overcome these problems, the government of
Surabaya build flood control pump station. However,
maintenance of flood pumps was very minimal, so the frequent
damage is resulting in substantial cost.
In this final project will discuss the type of breakdown
maintenance of Axial Submersible Flood Pump. The purpose of
this final project to determine the critical components of the flood
pump, knowing how to troubleshoot, determining procedures for
handling damage the pump impeller and bearing, planning the
maintenance Standard Procedures, and knowing the scheduling
and management of flood pump maintenance.
From the analysis and discussion obtained a planning
breakdown maintenance pump that consists of three stages,
namely preparation stage, breakdwown stage and testing stage
