Abstract

PT. JOB P-PEJ (Joint Operating Body Pertamina - Petrochina East Java) Tuban adalah Production Sharing Contractor yang bekerja sama dengan Pertamina. Pada CPA Pertamina-Petrochina Tuban, pompa booster merupakan bagian vital untuk menunjang proses produksinya. Pompa booster digunakan untuk memindahkan crude oil, dari crude oil tank menuju shipping pump yang selanjutnya akan dipompakan lagi menuju Floating Storage Offloading (FSO) Cinta Natomas. Pada tugas akhir ini didapatkan perhitungan ulang instlalasi dan pemilihan pompa yang sesuai untuk instalasi pompa booster. Perhitungan head, kapasitas, daya pompa dan efisiensi dilakukan secara manual dan numeric menggunakan software pipe flow expert. Pada analisa dan perhitungan ulang ini, didapatkan kapasitas untuk booster service dengan kapasitas maksimal 880 GPM dengan head effektif instalasi (Heff) sebesar 78,1665 m serta didapatkan daya pompa sebesar 57,36 kW. Sehingga dari hasil perhitungan-perhitungan tersebut dapat dipilih pompa sentrifugal merk Gould Pump dengan type 3700MA / 4x6-11. ======================================================================================================= PT. JOB P-PEJ (Joint Operating Body Pertamina - Petrochina East Java) Tuban is the Production Sharing Contractor with cooperative with Pertamina. Pertamina- Petrochina on CPA Tuban, booster pump is a vital part to support the production process. Booster pump is used to move crude oil, from crude oil tank to shipping pump, then it will be pumped again to the Floating Storage Offloading (FSO) Cinta Natomas. In this final project the result of recalculate installation and selection pump is appropriate for installation of booster pumps. Calculation of head, capacity, and efficiency of the pump power is done manually and using software numeric pipe flow expert. In this analysis and re-calculation obtained to booster service capacity with a maximum capacity of 880 GPM with an effective head installation (Heff) of 78,1665 m and power of pump is 57,36 kW pump. So, from the results of these calculations can be selected brands Gould Pump centrifugal pump with type 3700MA / 4x6-11.
