Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi di dunia semakin pesat,
termasuk teknologi mengenai transportasi dengan sumber energi
gas.Hal ini memicu pengembangan penggunaan energi gas dalam
transportasi sebagai pengganti bahan bakar fosil, sebab energi gas
lebih ramah lingkungan dan mudah terjangkau harganya.
Disisi lain, dalam proses pembuatan sepeda motor
berbahan bakar (BBG) harus memperhatikan struktur dari tabung
yang akan di buat, karena tabung merupakan bagian yang
berfungsi sebagai tempat menyimpan bahan bakar (BBG) di
sepeda motor. Pada penelitian ini tabung harus dibuat seaman
mungkin dengan adanya tekan gas yang cukup besar di dalamnya.
Oleh karena itu kita perlu menganalisa struktur tabung dari
penelitian ini dan memberi suatu pengaman seperti sensor gas.
Struktur material Tabung LPG 3kg dan CNG berbahan
SG295 steel dan AISI 4340 Steel.tabung lpg tegangan maksimal
7.9e+007 Pa dan tidak melebihi tegangan yang di ijin kan
sehingga aman,sedang kan tabung cng di dapat teganagn
maksimal 5.1391e+008 dan tidak melebih tegangan yang di
ijinkan sehingga aman, sensor gas Nilai hambatan sensor akan
turun seiring naiknya konsentrasi gas yg diberikan, dengan
turunnya nilai hambatan ini maka tegangan outputnya akan naik.

Technological developments in the world is rapidly
increasing,including the technology of transportation energy
sources gas.This sparked the development of energy use in the
transportation of gas as a substitute for fossil fuels, because the
gas is more environmentally friendly energy and easily
affordable.
On the other hand, in the process of making motorcycle fuel
(BBG) have to pay attention to the structure of the tube that will
be created, because the tube is the part that serves as a place to
store fuel (BBG) in the motor bikes. In this study, the tube should
be made as safe as possible in the presence of sizable gas tap in it.
Therefore, we need to analyze the structure of thetubes of the
study and provide a safety as gas sensors.
Material structure 3kg LPG and CNG made fromsteeland AISI
4340 SG295 Steel.cilinder of lpg maximum voltage 7.9e +007 Pa
and not exceed the voltage on it that permits safe, being in the
right tube can cng maximum tensions 5.1391e +008 and not
exceedvoltageallowedsosafe, gas sensorsobstacle sensor
valuewillgodown as rising gas concentrationsgiven, with the
decline in the value of this resistance output voltage will rise
