Abstract
Telah dilakukan penelitian analisa pengaruh Pb(IV) pada
penentuan Fe(II) dengan pengompleks 1,10-fenantrolin pada pH
4,5 menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-VIS. Kompleks
Fe(II)Fenantrolin memiliki panjang gelombang maksimum 508
nm. Ion Pb(IV) sebagai ion pengganggu memiliki panjang
gelombang maksimum 315 nm. Koefiesien relasi (r) yang
didapatkan dari kurva kalibrasi adalah 0,997 dengan persamaan
garis linear y= 0,118x+0,020. Didapatkan ion Pb(IV) dapat
menaikkan konsentrasi besi saat konsentrasi 0,2 ppm dengan
persen recovery 123,160% dan mengganggu konsentrasi besi saat
konsentrasi 6 ppm dengan persen recovery 71,108 %.

The research of the effect of Pb(IV) on the
Fe(II)Phenantroline at pH 4,5 by Spectrophotometry analysis UVVis
Methods has been done. Fe(II)Phenantroline complex has
maximum wavelength at 508 nm. Pb(IV)Fenantroline has
maximum wavelength at 315 nm. The Coefficient correlation (r)
obtained from calibration curve was 0,997 with linear regression
y = 0,118x + 0,02. The result showed that Pb(IV) begin to
interfere with iron analysis at 0,2 ppm with 123,160% for percent
recovery and 6 ppm with 71,108% for percent recovery.
