Abstract

Ada dua jenis layanan transportasi laut yang beroperasi dalam rangka menghubungkan banyak pulau di Indonesia, yaitu: Pelayaran Rakyat (PELRA) dan Pelayaran Niaga. PELRA merupakan layanan transportasi laut yang bersifat tradisional dengan menggunakan kapal layar, kapal layar motor, dan kapal motor sederhana. P. Niaga atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai pelayaran dalam negeri merupakan jenis layanan transportasi laut yang sering dipakai oleh konsumen pengguna jasa. Hal ini dikarenakan armada yang lebih modern dan nyaman sehingga pelayanan transportasi dapat berjalan secara efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses bisnis pelayaran rakyat dengan membentuk kerja sama antara Pelra dengan Pelayaran Niaga. Dengan mensinkronisasi proses bisnis pelayaran rakyat dengan pelayaran niaga diharapkan dapat mempermudah pelayaran rakyat dalam memperoleh muatan. Dengan menggunakan metode B2B Network dan Critical path Method (CPM) untuk menganalisis proses bisnis dan standar yang ada di pelra dan pelayaran niaga dan mensinkronisasi ke dua proses bisnis tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa perbedaan antara Pelra dan P. Niaga terletak di dokumennya. Dan perbedaan antara Pelra 1 dan Pelra 2 adalah tergantung besar kecilnya perusahan Pelra. Hasil dari sinkronisasi Pelra ke P. Niaga maka Pelra harus menambahkan dokumen Tally Sheet, Load list dan Shipping Instruction. Sedangkan dari P. Niaga ke Pelra tidak perlu penambahan dokumen baru. P. Niaga bisa menggunakan dokumen yang sudah ada yaitu dokumen surat jalan barang atau dokumen surat jalan armada.

Here are two types of maritime transport services operate in order to connect the many islands in Indonesia, namely: Sailing Rakyat (PELRA) and Sailing Commerce. PELRA constitute maritime transport services using a traditional sailing ship, sailing ship motors and motor boats simple. P. Commerce or better known as the domestic shipping is a type of marine transportation services are often used by consumers service users. This is because the fleet more modern and comfortable so that transport services can be run efficiently. This study was conducted to improve the quality of people's cruise business processes by establishing cooperation between PELRA with Sailing Commerce. By synchronizing the cruise business people with commercial shipping is expected to facilitate the people in obtaining cargo shipping. By using the B2B Network and Critical path method (CPM) to analyze business processes and standards that exist in PELRA and commercial shipping and to synchronize the two business processes. The results of this study states that the difference between PELRA and P. Commerce is located in the document. And the difference between PELRA 1 and PELRA 2 is dependent on the size of the company PELRA. Results of synchronization PELRA to P. Niaga then PELRA must add documents Tally Sheet, Load list and Shipping Instruction. While P. Commerce to PELRA not need the addition of a new document. P. Commerce can use existing documents are document delivery orders goods or documents permit the fleet.
