Abstract

Industri kreatif terus tumbuh dan berkembang di Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah sepatu buatan tangan. Artifact Footwear merupakan salah satu usaha kecil menengah yang berada di Surabaya dan memproduksi sepatu buatan tangan bagi anak muda. Artifact Footwear membutuhkan fasilitas untuk terus mengembangkan kreativitas dan produktivitasnya. Adanya tugas akhir ini membantu Artifact Footwear dalam pengembangannya melalui fasilitas berupa shoes creative space. Shoes creative space tersebut meliputi galeri, serta workshop yang juga dilengkapi dengan kafe. Tugas akhir ini akan meneliti pangsa pasar anak muda dan kemungkinan pengembangan fasilitas bagi Artifact Footwear. Tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi usaha kecil menengah sepatu sebagai salah satu upaya membantu perkembangan industri kecil sepatu di Indonesia

Creative industry continues to grow and evolve in Indonesia. One of them is handmade shoes. Artifact Footwear is one of the small and medium enterprises located in Surabaya and produce handmade shoes for young people. Artifact Footwear require a facility to continue developing their creativity and productivity. The existence of this final project helping Artifact Footwear in their development with facilities in the form of shoes creative space. These shoes creative space including gallery, workshop, and also equipped with cafe. This research will examine the market share of young people and possibility development of facilities for Artifact Footwear. This research expexted to be an example for small and medium enterprises as one of the efforts in assisting the development of shoes small industry in Indonesia.
