Abstract
ketidakstabilan harga BBM selama satu dekade silam.
Destilator memenuhi kriteria Intact Stability (IS) Code Reg. III/3.1.
Point (BEP).

The increasing of fuel consumption in Indonesia is not supported by the amount of the charge
of production itself. This condition leads the demand of fuel can’t be full filled and causes the
unstable price in the past decade. One of the factors which obstruct the number of the fuel
production is getting the area where the industrial area could’nt be built. The purpose of this
final project is to deal with the problem by applying a concept which installs an oil-plant to the
tanker in order to increase the amount of fuel production. The payload of this tanker is crude
oil, gotten from FSO Cinta Natomas. The main product of this vessel product oil such as
gasoline, kerosene, and diesel oil. The main dimensions of the tanker is measured by adjusting
the production capacity from the number of the crude oil lifted per day and the dimension of
destilitation engine used. In continuance, ratio of main dimensions are calculate. There should
be a technical calculation concerning on weight, trim, freeboard, and stability. The main
dimension calculated are Lpp =127 m; B = 22,4 m; H = 11,8 m; T = 8,7 m. The minimum
freeboard height is 1135mm, tonnage capacity is 10864 GT, and the stability condition of the
Destilator Vessel has passed the criteria of Intact Stability (IS) Code Reg. III/3.1). The
economical analysis calculations are the cost of investment, the cost of operational production,
and the Breakeven Point (BEP) estimation.
