Abstract

Meningkatnya perkembangan industri properti memberikan peran yang semankin besar pada sub-sub
bidang properti sepeerti bidang interior. Terutama di surabaya, menutur berita di Liputan 6, bahwa dalam
kurun waktu tiga tahun pertumbuhan properti di Kota Surabayamencapai 7%. Lebih tinggi dari Jakarta yang
hanya 5,8%. Sebagai konsekuensi, Surabaya yang juga menjadi kota metropolitan ini memiliki isu lingkungan
uang buruk. Hal itu dikarenakan besarnya kaitan antara pertumbuhan industri properti dengan bertambahnya
isu polusi lingkungan. Industri properti juga tidak terlepas dari bidang interior dan furnitur. Sehingga bidang
interior turut berpengaruh dalam peran memperbaikai lingkungan.
Tiga bagian terbesar dalam bangunan merupakan dinding, atap dan lantai. Lingkungan Kota Surabaya
dapat diperbaiki dengan menggunakan material yang ramah lingkungan atau menerapkan sistem
berkelanjutan sehingga tidak merugikan lingkungan dan aspek manusia sebagai poin utama selain
kenyamanan atau ergonomi.
Proposal tugas akhir ini selain membahas mengenai prinsip keberlanjutan, juga mengkaji suasana
dari kajian visual 5 elemen bumi. Dengan adanya usaha-usaha penelitian yang dilakukan sebagai pendekatan
desain interior yang meliputi deskripsi, brief singkat, wawancara dan kuesioner diharapkan mampu
menghasilkan hasil data yang fakta dan memenuhi standar dalam akurasi data. Metode yang digunakan adalah
pendekatan-pendekatan yang dilakukan kepada target variable yaitu pemilik, pengguna serta referensi
aktivitas baru. Sehingga kafe memiliki karakter yang kuat dalam persiangan industri makanan yang didukung
dengan aktivitas baru serta target market yang jelas, mengingat kafe ini dibangun di kawasan Jalan Kartini
Surabaya. Selain itu kafe dapat menjadi representatif dari owner yang merupakan Miss Earth Singapore 2011,
sehingga edukasi ramah lingkungan dapat dideklarasikan dalam bidang kebutuhan primer salah satunya
bidang pangan.

The increasing development of industrial properties provide an increasingly large role in the sub-subfield
properties such as interior areas. Especially in the city, according to Reuters news 6 explained that within
three years of growth in the city of Surabaya property reaches 7%. Jakarta is higher than that of only 5.8%. As
a consequence, Surabaya is also a metropolitan city has a bad environmental issues. That's because the many
connections between the growth of the property industry with increasing environmental pollution issues.
Industrial property can not be separated from the field of interior and furniture. So that the interior field also
affects the role of fixing environmental issues.
Three major part in the building are the walls, roof and floor. Surabaya environmental issues can be
fixed by using environmentally friendly materials, or implement a sustainable system that does not harm the
environment and human health aspects as the main points in addition to the comfort or ergonomics.
The final project proposal in addition to discussing the principles of sustainability, the study also
examines the visual atmosphere of the earth element 5. With the efforts of research conducted as an interior
design approach that includes a description, a short brief, interviews and questionnaires are expected to
produce results data that facts and meet the standards in the accuracy of the data. The method used is made
approaches to the target variable that is the owner, user and reference the new activity. So that the cafe has a
strong character in the recreation building industry competition considering this cafe built in the area of Jalan
Surabaya Kartini. Also expected to be representative of the cafe owner who was Miss Earth Singapore 2011,
so that education of eco-friendly could be declared to the general public and become a lifestyle for the people.
