Abstract
Perusahaan yang baik adalah perusahaan yang mampu melakukan efisiensi di segala lini. Salah satu biaya yang tidak menambah value added adalah biaya transportasi sehingga biaya transportasi sebaiknya ditekan seminim mungkin. Maka sebab itu PT. Pertamina melakukan pemilihan alternatif – alternatif keputusan dalam penentuan kebijakan transportasi dalam pendistribusian bahan bakar minyak. Pada penelitian ini akan dibandingkan alternatif – alternatif keputusan PT. Pertamina agar dapat diperoleh adanya save cost guna menentukan pilihan yang optimal. Perbandingan tersebut didasarkan nilai dari incremental cost, Net Present Value (NPV) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) kemudian dilakukan analisa sensitivitas guna mengetahui sebeara sensitif keputusan yang sudah diambil terhadapat perubahan faktor – faktor. Berdasarkan perhitungan incremental cost, NPV dan IRR didapatkan bahwa keptusan pembangunan kapal merupakan keputusan yang optimal dengan biaya yang lebih efisien. Dan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan adalah faktor perubahan kenaikan biaya pembelian kapal tanker.

A good company is the company that capable to do efficiency in every area. One of cost that doesn’t add value added is transportation cost, has to be saved to minimum level. Therefore this reason, PT. Pertamina decide to make alternative policy about fuel oil distribution. This research will compare the alternative decision of PT. Pertamina have, so can be obtain save cost and can be determine optimal selection. The comparison based on value from incremental cost, Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR), then sensitivity analysis will be executed to obtain some data that reveal, how sensitive the selection that have been taken against change factors. Upon incremental cost, NPV and IRR calculation, concluded that decision to build ship is the optimal selection, caused by more efficient cost. And the most influence factor of the decision is the change of increment buy cost to buy tanker ship
