Abstract
Di era kemajuan teknologi dan informasi sekarang ini,
pertumbuhan industri dan bisnis menjadi semakin cepat dari
waktu kewaktu. Menurut data BPPT konsumsi energi final di
Indonesia pada periode 2000-2012 meningkat rata-rata sebesar
2,9% per tahun. Salah satu penyumbang penggunaan energi
tersebut berasal dari penggunaan energi pada gedung. Apabila
penggunaan energi tidak dikendalikan maka akan terjadi krisis
energi. Oleh karena itu Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini akan
mengangkat kasus penghematan energi di Gedung Mall XYZ yang
berada di kota Kediri dalam rangka untuk melaksanakan
penghematan energi.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan analisa sistem
penerangan dan pendinginan pada Lantai II Dan IV Mall XYZ
Kediri. Analisa sistem penerangan pada setiap ruangan
dibandingkan dengan penerangan standard SNI 03-6197-
2000.Metode selanjutnya adalah analisa perhitungan beban
pendinginan untuk mengetahui besar cooling load pada suatu
ruangan. Acuan yang digunakan untuk analisa beban
pendinginan yaitu ASHRAE (American Society of Heating,
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers).
Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan
hasil perbandingan intensitas pencahayaan, perbandingan daya
pencahayaan, dan penghematan beban pendinginan Tenant yang
sistem penerangannya sudah nyaman intensitas dan hemat daya menurut standar SNI 03–6197–2000 sebelum rekomendasi yaitu
tenant Buti,Naughty dan Salwa. Setelah diberikan rekomendasi
pergantian lampu seluruh tenant sistem penerangannya sudah
nyaman intensitas dan hemat daya menurut standar SNI 03–
6197–2000. Penghematan sistem penerangan setelah dilakukan
penggantian lampu yaitu mampu menghemat Rp 576.036.512,00
setiap tahun.

In the era of technological and information advances, the
growth of industry and business is getting faster over time.
According to BPPT data, Indonesian final energy consumption in
2000 – 2012 period is increased 2.9% every year. One of the
contributors to that energy consumption comes from energy usage
in buildings. If energy consumption is not controlled, there will be
an energy crisis. Therefore this final project research will raise
the case of energy saving in Kediri’s XYZ Mall in order to
implement energy savings.
This research conducted by analysis of lightning and
cooling systems at floor II and IV of Kediri’s XYZ Mall. Analysis
of every room’s lighting compared to SNI 03-6197-2000 standard
of lighting. The next method is analysis of cooling load
calculation in some room. Reference used for cooling load
analysis is ASRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration
and Air Conditioning Engineers)
Based on the research that has been done, there can be
found the result about comparison of the intensity of lighting, the
ratio of lighting power and tenant cooling savings which already
uses a comfortable intensity and power savings by the standard of
SNI 03-6197-2000 before recommendation are Buti Naughty and
Salwa. After given recommendation about power saving lamp
replacement by the all tenant are comfortable intensity and power savings as the standard of SNI 03-6197-2000. Lighting system
saving after lamp replacement is able to save Rp 576,036,512.00
every year.
