Abstract

pearlit.

===================================================================================

In the construction of multi-storey building in general the material
used is SA 36. At present a risk of fire is very large so the impact
on changes in the mechanical properties Materials SA 36,
therefore. Analysis of the results of welded joints using the
SMAW welding methods Materials SA 36 previously burned at a
temperature of 7000C and 9000C for 4 hours needed to make us
more aware in terms of tackling post-fire buildings that use
materials SA 36.
From this research will compare the welded joints of material
SA36 previously burned at a temperature of 7000C and 9000C for
4 hours with a welding process using the current 90 Ampere, 2.6
mm diameter filler 7016 which will be tested in the form of
tensile test, hardness test and metallography ,
The results of tensile test specimens were burned at a temperature
of 7000C has a greater tensile strength is 486.34 N/mm2 while the
specimen burns at a temperature of 9000C has a tensile strength
lower at 460.88 N/mm2. Based on the result of violence.
Hardness value on specimen burns at a temperature of 7000C
larger, at 84.701 HRB for specimens that burn with a temperature
of 9000C has more value lower at 84.484 HRB.Macro results,
HAZ widest specimens obtained at a temperature of 9000C to
burn with 2,7mm wide. for there is only ferrite microstructure and
pearlite.
