Abstract

Pada Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan penelitian terhadap Pontoon yang digunakan sebagai fasilitas utama (docking facility) untuk proses pengedokan maupun peluncuran (ship launching) kapal ikan berukuran 60 GT. Fungsi dari Pontoon sebagai sarana angkat kapal (lift) yang memanfaatkan gaya angkat dari volume zat cair yang dipindahkan dalam ruang Pontoon sehingga dapat disebut Pontoon Lift. Pertama, penelitian diawali dengan melakukan survei ukuran kapal ikan 60 GT daerah Rembang, Tuban, Probolinggo, dan Benoa. Kedua, mendapatkan panjang (L), lebar (B), tinggi ponton (h), dan TLC Pontoon Lift. Ketiga, perhitungan beban kerja untuk penentuan fasilitas produksi. Terakhir, perhitungan estimasi harga produk dan analisa kelayakan investasi industri. Berdasarkan hasil analisa teknis, didapatkan ukuran utama Pontoon Lift adalah L = 30 m, B = 13,2 m, D = 5,219 m, T = 0,6 m, Tmax = 4,219 m, Ttransfer = 1,7 m, dan H = 3,219 m dengan estimasi biaya produksi sebesar Rp 6.345.858.814,29. Untuk fasilitas produksi Pontoon Lift dibutuhkan lahan industri seluas 7875 m2 dengan harga investasi industri total sebesar Rp 25.632.496.307,31 yang berlokasi di Jl. Ikan Tuna IV, Kec. Denpasar Selatan, Kel. Pedungan, Pelabuhan Benoa, Bali. Dengan menggunakan metode analisa kelayakan Net Present Value dan Internal Rate of Return didapatkan hasil Payback Period terjadi pada tahun ke-6 bulan ke-5 setelah terjual sebanyak 15 unit, NPV = Rp 9.907.573.412,72 dan IRR = 15,23% untuk interest rate (faktor bunga) = 10,25%. ============================================================================================ This final project research conducted on Pontoon to be used as main facility for ship docking and launching process specially 60 GT fishing vessel. Pontoon will be performed as a lift which utilizes buoyancy or lifting force from the volume of liquid displaced in ballast tanks so as to be named Pontoon Lift. Firstly, the study commenced by survey on 60 GT fishing vessel principal dimension all over Rembang, Tuban, Probolinggo, and Benoa. Second, obtaining Pontoon Lift length (L), breadth (B), pontoon height (h), and TLC. Thirdly, workload calculation intended for determining production facility. Finally, estimating production cost and analyzing feasibility of industrial investment. Based on technical analysis, the acquired Pontoon Lift principal dimensions as follow; L = 30 m, B = 13.2 m, D = 5.219 m, T = 0.6 m, Tmax = 4.219 m, Ttransfer =1.7 m, and H = 3.219 m with expected production cost of Rp 6,345,858,814.29. Industrial land area needed for production facilities approximately 7,875 m2 with appraised cost of total industrial investment Rp 25,632,496,307.31 located on Jl. Ikan Tuna IV, Kec. Denpasar Selatan, Kel. Pedungan, Benoa Harbour, Bali. By using feasibility analysis method of Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return, the obtained Payback Period occurred in 5th month of the 6th year after selling 15 units, NPV = Rp 9,907,573,412.72, and IRR = 15.23% at interest rate (IR) = 10.25%.
