Abstract

Badan Usaha Pelabuhan (BUP) Probolinggo need to provide supporting equipment loading and unloading activities at the port. Where the supporting equipment loading and unloading is an important part that should be there at port. calculation of the scale of investment made before BUP determining investment support equipment loading and unloading activities at the port, so that the investment made by BUP is the most optimal investment. In the existing condition of the Port of Probolinggo for type excavator tool purchase option is an option with the procurement of the lowest unit cost in the amount of 21 124 rupiah / ton. As for the types of tools Harbour Mobile Crane lease option is an option with the procurement of the lowest unit cost. At The cargo flows in the port smaller than 150,000 ton / year, the first excavator with a lease option is an option of loading and unloading equipment procurement has the lowest unit cost. With the unit cost of 25 163 rupiah / ton. When the flow of cargo at the port of 500,000 ton / year - 650,000 ton / year, then 2 excavator with a purchase option and one excavator with a lease option is an option of loading and unloading equipment procurement has the lowest unit cost.
