Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendukung penggunaan spektrum frekuensi secara efisien. Indonesia telah menetapkan standar sistem penyiaran TV digital menggunakan DVB-T2. Pemilihan teknologi tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penerimaan TV digital. Dengan menentukan paramater service level agreement dalam sistem monitoring maka pengawasan unjuk kerja transmisi pada sistem penerima TV digital dapat diatur sehingga kualitas layanan menjadi terjamin. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk membangun perangkat lunak untuk sistem monitoring TV digital yang diimplementasikan pada sistem monitoring nasional DVB-T2. Perancangan dan implementasi sistem monitoring TV digital dilakukan dengan integrasi perangkat keras penerima TV digital dengan pemrograman C++. Software dikembangkan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Aplikasi interface dirancang untuk komunikasi antara software dengan DekTec DTA-2131. Input pada aplikasi perangkat lunak berupa frekuensi yang dapat diatur nilainya kemudian sistem akan memproses pengukuran nilai parameter yang terdapat di frekuensi tersebut. Hasil implementasi dari software mampu menampilkan parameter service level agreement dan menunjukkan grafik respon waktu. Pengujian perangkat lunak dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode black-box, MOS, dan SUS. Kesesuaian input dan output parameter dalam pengujian black-box menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak telah memenuhi desain yang dibutuhkan. Skor rata – rata MOS sebesar 4,311818182 menunjukkan bahwa software sistem monitoring memiliki unjuk kerja yang baik. Selain itu, SUS memberikan nilai rata- rata 77,97 yang berarti software diterima oleh pengguna dan layak digunakan ================================================================================================================== The digital technology development has supported the use of frequency spectrum efficiently. Indonesia has set the standard digital TV broadcasting system using DVB-T2. The selection of these technologies aim to improve the quality of digital TV reception. By making parameter that differenciate service level agreement on the system monitoring and controlling performance summary transmission in receiver system digital TV can be stated that quality of service to be guaranteed. This final project aims to build software for digital TV monitoring system implemented on a national monitoring system DVB-T2. The design and implementation of digital TV monitoring system conducted by the integration of digital TV receiver hardware with programming in C ++. Software is developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. The application interface is designed for communication between software with Dektec DTA-2131. Input on software applications such as frequency can be set value then the system will process the measurement parameter values contained in these frequencies. The results of the implementation of the software is able to display the service level agreement parameters and response time chart. Software testing has been done using black-box method, MOS, and SUS. Suitability of input and output parameters in black box testing indicates that the software has met the design needed. An average MOS scores 4,311818182 indicates a software monitoring system has a good performance. Additionally, SUS gives the average value of 77.97, which means the software is accepted by users and fit for use.
