Abstract

Kebakaran sering kali terjadi dan merusak kontruksi
bangunan.Pada saat terjadi kebakaran terjadi proses pemanasan
disambungan las dan base metal. Kemungkinan terjadi perubahan
sifat mekanik pasca kebakaran. Jadi proses repair pada sabungan
diperlukan.Proses ini dilakukan untuk memperbaiki atau
mengembalikan pada fungsi awal setelah kebakaran,yang
kemudian disimulasikan dengan pemberian panas pada material
sebesar 700˚C dan 900˚C.
Penelitian ini akan membandingkan sifat mekanis hasil
repair sambungan Las SMAW pada material baja SA36 dengan
simulasi kebakaran dengan treatment 700˚C dan 900˚C.
Parameter pengelasan menggunakan SMAW filler E7016
diameter 3,2mm dan arus 90 Amper. Melalui beberapa tahap
pengujian, seperti uji tarik (tensile test), uji kekerasan(hardness
test), dan metallography test.
Hasil penelitian ini diprioritaskan untuk mendapatkan
tegangan tarik, uji mikro dan kekerasan pada baja SA36.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan data pada temperatur
700˚C dengan nilai tegangan tarik rata – rata 485.26MPa dan
tegangan luluh 342.82MPa. Struktur mikro pada base metal
memiliki butiran halus, yang terdiri dari ferrite dan perlite.
Berdasarkan data hasil pengujian kekerasan base metal, nilai
kekerasan tertinggi adalah specimen pemanasan 700˚C dengan
nilai kekerasan 76.3 HRB.

Fires often occur and damage the building construction. In
the event a fire occurs the heating process in the area of welded
joints and base metal. Possible changes in the mechanical
properties of the post-fire. So the repair process on cockfighting is
required. This process is done to repair or restore the function
early after the fire, which then simulated with the provision of
heat to the material at 700˚C and 900˚C.
This study will compare the results of repair of mechanical
properties in connection weld SMAW SA36 steel material with
fire simulation, treatment of 700˚C and 900˚C. SMAW welding
parameters using filler E7016 3,2mm diameter and 90 Amper
current. Through several stages of testing, such as tensile test,
hardness, and metallography test.
The results of this research priority groups to receive the
tensile stress, microstructure and hardness test on steel SA36.
Based on the results of data at a temperature of 700˚C with a
tensile stress value of the average - average 485.26MPa and yield
stress 342.82MPa. Microstructure on base metal has a fine grain,
consisting of ferrite and perlite. Based on the test data base metal
hardness, the highest hardness value is warming 700˚C specimen
with a value of 76.3 HRB hardness.
