Abstract

Unit Distributed Generation (DG), berdasarkan terhadap perangkat
teknologinya dibagi menjadi DG dengan perangkat generator sinkron, DG
dengan perangkat generator asinkron, DG dengan perangkat inverter.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, stabilitas transien dan tegangan dari sistem tenaga
listrik dengan tingkat pembangkitan DG beragam menggunakan DG
dengan perangkat generator sinkron. Diasumsikan daya yang diberikan
oleh generator sinkron utama dan aliran daya pada jaringan transmisi
tetap konstan. Dengan setiap tingkat pembangkitan DG, performa dari
sistem tenaga listrik dipelajari dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan
performa sistem tenaga listrik tanpa DG. Dalam analisis stabilitas
transien, digunakan Critical Clearing Time (CCT) sebagai indikator
performa dari sistem. Dalam analisis tegangan, digunakan kurva P-V
sebagai indikator performa dari sistem.

Distributed Generation (DG) unit, based on their interfacing
technology are divided into synchronous generator interfaced DGs,
asynchronous generator interfaced DGs, and inverter interfaced DGs. In
this final project, transient stability and voltage stability of power system
with various penetration level of DG are investigated using synchronous
generator interfaced DGs. It is assumed that the supplied power of main
synchronous generator and load flow in transmission lines remain
constant. With each penetration level of DGs, the performance of power
system is studied and results are compared with the performance of power
system without any DG. Critical Clearing Time (CCT) is used as an
performance’s indicator of power system in transient stability’s study. PV
curve is used as an performance’s indicator of power system in voltage
stability’s study.
