Abstract
Konsep green building adalah bangunan ramah
lingkungan yang memanfaatkan lingkungan demi meningkatkan
kenyamanan penghuni. Demi tercapainya tuntutan efisiensi dan
kehijauan ini, bangunan eksisting hotel X kemudian diperbaharui
dengan konsep rendah energi, sehingga bangunan lebih tahan
lama, hemat energi, perawatan rendah dan lebih sehat bagi
penghuni. Namun, menentukan langkah renovasi bukanlah hal
yang sederhana, terdapat banyak kriteria yang menjadi
pertimbangan para pengambil keputusan pada penelitian ini,
meliputi: efisiensi energi, keamanan keandalan, biaya investasi,
biaya operasi dan pemeliharaan, biaya konsumsi listrik, ROI masa
hidup, emisi CO2, kenyamanan pelanggan. Dengan menerapkan
metode fuzzy, para pengambil keputusan memberi penilaian
secara linguistik. Penilaian tersebut kemudian diolah dengan
metode fuzzy TOPSIS sehingga diperoleh nilai preferensi tiap
alternatifnya; yaitu kedekatan dengan Solusi Ideal Positif (SIP)
serta jarak dengan Solusi Ideal Negatif (SIN). Dari enam
alternatif yang diajukan pada penelitian, diperoleh bahwa
alternatif 4 (pemasangan jendela kaca-ganda) adalah alternatif
terbaik bagi bangunan hotel X dengan nilai preferensi 0,830274.

Green building concept is a concept of environmentally friendly
building using the energy of nature to improve comfort to the
inhabitants. To achieve the demands of efficiency, existing
building Hotel X is renewed into a low energy concept building,
so that will be more durable, energy efficient and healthier for the
inhabitants. Deciding the way of Hotel X renovation is not a
simple thing, there are several criterias that should be considered
by the decision makers, which criterias on this research includes:
energy efficiency, reliability, investment costs, operation and
maintenance cost, electricity cost, ROI, lifespan, CO2 emission,
and customer comfortness. By applying fuzzy method, the
decision makers are able to score each alternatives and criteria
linguistically .This assessment is then processed by the method of
fuzzy TOPSIS in order to obtain the preference value of each
alternatives; i.e. proximity with a positive ideal solution (SIP ) as
well as the gap with negative ideal solution (SIN)
