Abstract

Plant OK Mill FLSmidth adalah jenis Vertical Roller Mill yang digunakan dalam proses penggilingan dan pengeringan bahan baku pada proses produksi semen Pabrik Tuban 1 & 2 PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Plant OK Mill FLSmidth dibagi menjadi tiga (3) subsistem, yaitu Rollers Lubrication (540RL1), Gears Lubrication (540GL1), dan Hydraulics System (540HS1). Plant OK Mill FLSmidth, Plant Water Treatment TB1&2, dan kantor Pemeliharaan Instrumen dan Sistem Kontrol (PISK) TB1&2 belum terhubung dengan Central Control Room (CCR) TB1&2 sehingga diperlukan rancang bangun komunikasi Fiber Optik dan Wireless Bullet M5HP dengan menggunakan protokol komunikasi EtherNet TCP/IP. Selain itu, dibutuhkan rancang bangun Human Machine Interface (HMI) setiap subsistem Plant OK Mill FLSmidth dengan menggunakan software Factory Talk View Rockwell. Rancang bangun komunikasi diuji dengan ping test dan mendapatkan time latency kurang dari 4 miliseconds. Untuk menguji transmisi paket data dengan menggunakan Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). Sedangkan untuk menguji HMI dengan matching tag address PLC CompactLogix 1769- L32E. ================================================================================ OK Mill FLSmidth Plant is a type of Vertical Roller Mill used in the process of grinding and drying of raw materials in the production process of Tuban 1 & 2 Factory PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. OK Mill FLSmidth Plant is divided into three (3) sub-systems, namely the Rollers Lubrication (540RL1), the Gears Lubrication (540GL1), and the Hydraulics System (540HS1). OK Mill FLSmidth Plant, Water Treatment TB1&2 Plant, and Pemeliharaan Instrumen dan Sistem Kontrol (PISK) TB1&2 Office has not connected to the Central Control Room (CCR) TB1&2 so that required design of communications Fiber Optic and Wireless Bullet M5HP communication using EtherNet TCP/IP protocols. In addition, other required architecture is design of Human Machine Interface (HMI) every subsystem OK Mill FLSmidth Plant by using a software Factory Talk View Rockwell. The communication architectures were tested with ping test and get the time latency less than 4 milliseconds. To test the data packet transmission by using the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). As for testing the HMI with matching tags address CompactLogix PLC 1769-L32E.
