Abstract
Tanjung Priok merupakan pelabuhan tersibuk di Indonesia yang terletak di
pantai utara kota Jakarta. Dibawah manajemen PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II,
pelabuhan tersebut menangani lebih dari 30% kargo non oil and gas serta sekitar
50% kargo umum yang keluar dan masuk ke Indonesia. Sebagai upaya
meningkatkan kinerja Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Terminal Kalibaru seluas 172 ha
akan dibangun dan diperkirakan selesai pada tahun 2015. Dalam rangka
memenuhi kebutuhan lalu lintas kapal terminal Kalibaru, Alur Pelayaran Timur
Tanjung Priok, (APTTP) akan direvitalisasi. Kegiatan tersebut akan
membutuhkan analisa laju sedimentasi yang akurat guna menyusun rencana
pengerukan alur pelayaran tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini analisa volume
sedimentasi dilakukan dengan metode Overlay dan SED-PIT model untuk
selanjutnya digunakan sebagai refrensi dalam memprediksi laju sedimentasi pada
APTTP. Sedimentasi terbesar terjadi pada segmen FJ periode Aug-Dec yaitu
sebesar 276.756,52 m3/tahun pertahun untuk metode Overlay dan 200.635,39
m3/tahun untuk metode SED-PIT. Sedangkan sedimentasi terkecil terjadi pada
segmen AE periode Aug-Dec yaitu sebesar 3186.30 m3/tahun untuk metode
Overlay dan 3504. 62 m3/tahun untuk metode SED-PIT. Tingkat keakuratan
metode SED-PIT berkisar 5-20 % terhadap metode Overlay. Hal ini dikarenakan
asumsi cross-section metode SED-PIT yang amat sederhana dan keterbatasan data

Tanjung Priok is the busiest Indonesia port located in the north coast of
Jakarta city. Under PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II management, this port handles
over than 30% non oil and gas cargo and up to 50% general cargo which goes in
and out Indonesia teritories. As an effort to increase Tanjung Priok port
performance, a 172 ha Kalibaru terminal is going to be built and finished in
2015. In order to meet Kalibaru terminal ship traffic demand, the Tanjung Priok
Port Access Channel (APTTP) is going to be revitalized . A precise sedimentation
rate analysis will be needed in order to plan dredging route for that purpose. In
this final project, sedimentation volume analysis will be conducted using Overlay
method and SED-PIT model which then will be used as a reference in predicting
the sedimentation rate in APTTP. The biggest sedimentation rate occurred in FJ
segment in the period of Aug-Dec is 216.756,52 m3/year calculated by Overlay
method and 200.635,39 m3/year predicted by SED-PIT method. On the other
hand, the smallest sedimentation rate occurred in AE segment during period of
Aug-Dec is 3186,30 m3/year calculated by Overlay method and 3504,62 m3/year
predicted by SED-PIT method. The accuracy level for SED-PIT method is about
5-20% compared to Overlay method as the benchmark. This error occurs due to
SED-PIT channel cross-section assumption is to simple and the limitation of input
data for SED-PIT itself
