Abstract
Penyakit Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu masalah utama kesehatan di Indonesia yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Penyakit tuberkulosis paru mencakup 80% dari keseluruhan kejadian penyakit tuberkulosis, sedangkan 20% lebihnya merupakan tuberkulosis ekstraparu. Jawa Timur merupakan provinsi dengan jumlah penderita tuberkulosis paru terbanyak kedua setelah Jawa Barat pada tahun 2015. Bangkalan salah satu Kabupaten di Jawa Timur dengan jumlah kasus tuberkulosis paru yang masih cukup tinggi dan angka kesembuhan pasien tuberkulosis paru yang masih dibawah target nasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyakit tuberkulosis paru di Kabupaten Bangkalan dengan menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari bagian rekam medis poli paru di RSUD Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan dan merupakan data pasien yang berobat ke poli paru. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk menangani dan mengurangi jumlah kasus tuberkulosis paru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa batuk, sesak nafas, dan pekerjaan memiliki hubungan dengan penyakit tuberkulosis. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyakit tuberkulosis paru yaitu batuk dan pekerjaan. Model yang terbentuk dari hasil analisis regresi logistik biner telah sesuai dengan ketepatan klasifikasi sebesar 68,5%.

Tuberculosis is one of the major health problems in Indonesia caused the bacterium Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Pulmonary tuberculosis disease accounts for 80% of the overall incidence of tuberculosis, while 20% is an extrapulmonary tuberculosis. East Java is the province with the second largest number of Pulmonary tuberculosis patients after West Java in 2015. Bangkalan one of the regencies in East Java with the number of cases of pulmonary tuberculosis is still quite high and the rate of recovery of pulmonary tuberculosis patients who are still below the national target. This research was conducted to find out the factors influencing tuberculosis disease in Bangkalan Regency using binary logistic regression method. This research used data from the medical record of pulmonary poly in Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Hospital. The results of this study are expected to handle and reduce the number of cases of pulmonary tuberculosis. Based on the results of research known that cough, shortness of breath, and work have relationship with disease tuberculosis. Factors affecting pulmonary tuberculosis disease include cough and occupation. The model formed by binary logistic regression analysis has been in accordance with the classification accuracy of 68.5%.
