Abstract

Balai Taman Nasional adalah salah satu unit pelaksana teknis di bawah
Dirjen Perlindungan Hutan dan Konservasi Alam. Pihak pengelolah Taman
Nasional Karimunjawa telah melakukan pengembangan bertahap untuk internal
dan eksternal, yang secara tidak langsung akan berdampak terhadap pemberian
sistem informasi dan promosi yang diharapkan dapat memberikan peningkatan
terhadap jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Karimunjawa. Menurut
Stakeholder, sistem pemberian informasi dan promosi yang telah dilakukan masih
terbilang kurang sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah media promosi yang mampu
menyampaikan informasi yang menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke
Taman Nasional Karimunjawa.
Perancangan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode
penelitian, tahap pertama yang dilakukan penulis adalah tahap pengumpulan data
dengan menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian seperti depth interview,
kuisioner dan observasi juga tidak lupa dengan studi komperator dan kompetitor.
Media promosi yang digunakan adalah media promosi video yang mengangkat
judul “The Beautiful Experience of Karimunjawa”. Dengan konsep dokumentasi.
Diharapkan dengan pembuatan video promosi ini mampu menghadapi
tantangan baru terhadap pertumbuhan dan kemajuan sektor industri pariwisata
yang terdapat di Indonesia, sehingga nantinya Taman Nasional Karimunjawa
dapat bersaing dan menunjukan keunggulan serta ciri khasnya kepada khalayak
luas.

The National Park Authority is one of the technical unit under the
Directorate General of Forest Protection and Nature Conservation. Management
of Karimunjawa National Park have been doing for the gradual development of
the internal and external, which will indirectly affect the provision of information
and promotion system that is expected to give an increase to the number of
tourists visiting the Publications. According to stakeholders, the provision of
information and promotion system that has been done is still somewhat less so
that, a media campaign that is able to convey the information to attract tourists to
visit the National Park Publications.
