Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya transportasi udara membuat minat masyarakat untuk naik pesawat terbang. Hal ini mendorong maskapai penerbangan dan otoritas bandar udara untuk berbenah mengikuti keinginan dan minat masyarakat. Peningkatan lalu lintas penerbangan memberikan dampak kebisingan akibat flyover pesawat terbang. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kelayakan daerah tersebut. Masjid Ar-Ridlo Sedati, Sidoarjo di sebelah barat bandar udara Juanda, Sidarjo menjadi objek penelitian dengan lokasi pengukuran. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan indikator pengukuran WECPNL berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 40 Tahun 2012 tentang Pembangunan dan Pelestarian Lingkungan Hidup Bandar Udara dan untuk perancangan ulang dengan mengganti material atap dan menambah ketebalan material dinding. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama 6 hari. Dari hasil pengamatan diketahui bahwa nilai WECPNL selama 6 hari nilai WECPNL tertinggi sebesar 94,89 WECPNdB pada hari ke-3. Faktor pembobot berpengaruh pada nilai WECPNL terutama pada jumlah event pada rentang pukul 19.00-22.00 dan dari hasil perancangan ulang didapatkan pengurangan nilai Lp2 atap setelah perancanan sebesar 35,02 dB(A) dan pengurangan nilai Lp2 dinding setelah perancangan sebesar 21,37 dB(A) dan pengurangan nilai Lp2 secara keseluruhan sebesar 21,35 dB(A).

The continued development of air transport to make the public interest to board the aircraft. Airline and airport authorities to clean up following the wishes and interests of the community. Binding of air traffic impact on the people living around airports is noise due to aircraft flyover. Need to be evaluated to determine the feasibility of the area. Ar-Ridlo Mosque Sedati, Sidoarjo in the west side of the airport Juanda, Sidarjo the research object to the location of the measurement. Evaluation is done by using a measurement indicator WECPNL based on Government Regulation Number 40 of 2012 on the Development and Environmental Protection Airport and redesign with change roof material and add wall thickness. Data were collected for 6 days. It was observed the highest value for 94.89 WECPNL WECPNdB on the 3rd day. The weighting factors affect the value WECPNL mainly on the number of events in the range of 7 p.m. to 10 p.m o'clock. From the calculation results showed that the area was entered in zone III and Redesign results obtained that reduction Lp2 value from roof after redesign for 35,02 dB(A) and reduction Lp2 value from wall after redesign for 21,37 dB(A) and reductin Lp2 value overall for 21,37 dB(A).
