Abstract

Kapabilitas proses adalah teknik pengendalian kualitas yang bertujuan untuk memprediksi kemampuan dari proses produksi. PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Surabaya adalah perusahaan yang menghasilkan berbagai macam produk minyak goreng, margarin, dan lemak nabati dimana produk minyak goreng jenis Bimoli Klasik kemasan pouch 1 liter sering terjadi kebocoran pada produk sehingga dilakukan penelitian pada proses pengemasan. Karakteristik yang digunakan dalam menentukan produk cacat ada dua, yaitu seal dan kemasan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis peta kendali c, kapabilitas proses, pengujian proporsi dua populasi, dan diagram ishikawa. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah produk yang dihasilkan masih belum kapabel dengan nilai P%PK untuk mesin 1 sebesar 0,4867, mesin 2 sebesar 0,2967, mesin 5 sebesar 0,5333, dan nilai P%P untuk mesin 1 sebesar 0,6, mesin 2 sebesar 0,44, mesin 5 sebesar 0,64 tetapi sudah terkendali secara statistik dan tidak terdapat perbedaan kualitas pada hasil produksi bulan Maret dan April. Penyebab produk bocor dikarenakan mesin bermasalah, set up tidak sesuai, bahan baku tidak sesuai, dan monitoring mesin yang kurang. =============================================================================================== Process capability is the quality control technique that aims to predict the ability of the production process. PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Surabaya is a company that produces a wide range of products cooking oil, margarine, and vegetable fats and cooking oil products which types of Bimoli Classical packaging pouch 1 liter often leaks on the product so do research on packing process. The characteristics that are used in determining the defective product there are two, namely seal and packaging products. This research uses the analysis of control C chart, process capability, testing the proportion of two populations, and ishikawa diagram. The results obtained is the resulting product is still not kapabel with the value P%PK for machine 1 of 0,4867, machine 2 of 0,2967, machine 5 of 0,5333, and value of P%P for machine 1 of 0.6, machine 2 of 0.44, machine 5 of 0,64 but already statistically controlled and there was no difference in the quality of production result in March and April. The cause of the problematic machine due to leaked product, the set up is not appropriate, raw materials are not appropriate, and monitoring machine is lacking.
