Abstract
Dunia usaha yang dinamis, mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mampu menganalisis lingkungan usaha dan memprediksi kemungkinan di masa depan. PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia adalah sebuah perusahaan dengan produk beton sebagai bisnis utama. Penting bagi perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk barang dan jasa yang bermutu tinggi agar dapat bersaing dan memiliki prospek keberhasilan jangka panjang. Job order adalah sistem perusahaan yang diterapkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan. Salah satu produk yang sering di produksi adalah tipe PC I Girder. Prediksi permintaan PC I Girder di tahun 2017 sebanyak 22540 m3 berdasarkan hasil peramalan menggunakan ARIMA Box-Jenkins. Hasil tersebut diperlukan untuk target penjualan yang berkaitan langsung dengan bahan baku yang dibutuhkan. Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) untuk menentukan frekuensi pengadaan bahan baku yang optimum berdasarkan biaya-biaya yang mempegaruhinya. Hasil analisis EOQ multi-item menunjukkan pemesanan bahan baku yang paling optimum sebanyak 80 kali dalam 1 tahun.

Adhimix Precast Indonesia is a company with concrete product as their main business. It is important for the company to produce high quality products and services so that can complete and has long term success. Job order is a company system that been applied to statisfy customer need. One of the product that been produced of len is type PC I Girder. The demmand prediction of PC I Girder in 2017 is 22540 m3 based on prediction results using ARIMA Box-Jenkins. That result is needed to make sales target which related to raw material directly. The Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used to determine the optimum raw material procurement frequency based on the costs that affect it. Multi-item EOQ analysis results show the most optimal ordering of raw materials 80 times in a year.
