Abstract
DPTSI merupakan salah satu unit yang bertugas dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan layanan teknologi dan sistem informasi terintegrasi ITS. Dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaannya, salah satu hal penting yang harus diperhatikan yakni aset layanan karena dalam penyediaan layanan, aset memiliki peran utama untuk menjalankan pelayanan tersebut. DPTSI merasa kesulitan mengetahui aset layanan (item konfigurasi) yang dimiliki karena belum melakukan pencatatan dengan baik sehingga belum memiliki data yang jelas.
Pembuatan template pencatatan item konfigurasi akan menjadi cara yang dapat membantu DPTSI dalam melakukan pencatatan. Pembuatan template ini mengacu ITIL v3 pada proses identifikasi konfigurasi yakni dengan menentukan kriteria dan memilih item konfigurasi sesuai dengan kriteria, menentukan id unik, atribut dan penanggung jawabnya.
Produk akhir yang dihasilkan dari tugas akhir ini berupa dokumen template pencatatan yang nantinya akan berisi mengenai atribut-atribut pencatatan yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap item konfigurasi yang telah dikategorisasikan dan panduan pengisian yang dapat digunakan untuk mencatat item konfigurasi di DPTSI.

DPTSI ITS is one of the unit that charged for developing and managing service for technology and integrated information systems in ITS. In developing and managing technology and integrated information systems, one of the crucial things that need to be noticed is service asset because in providing services, asset has the main role in the process of giving the services. DPTSI finds it difficult to know what asset (configuration items) they have, because they haven’t done a well service asset’s record so the service asset data isn’t clear.
Creating template for recording the configuration items is a way to help DPTSI for recording the service asset they have. The create of this template is referring to ITIL v3 on identification process, which is defining criteria and choosing the matched configuration items based on criteria, defining unique ID, attributes, and defining who has the responsibility of each service asset.
The final product from this research is a configuration item records template which contains record’s attribute that needed on each categorized configuration item and also a record’s guide to help recording configuration items in DPTSI.
