Abstract

Eksplorasi batubara bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai ketebalan lapisan batubara yang diperoleh dari hasil interpretasi litologi menggunakan metode Well Logging. Berdasarkan dari hasil interpretasi menggunakan data log dan data proksimat didapatkan pemodelan yang menunjukkan korelasi antara sifat fisik batuan dengan kandungan batubara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa urutan seam yang prospek untuk ditambang dari tertinggi ke rendah yaitu seam A1, seam A2, seam C, seam B1 dan seam B2. Dikarakteristikan dengan persebaran kualitasnya yaitu untuk kandungan TM (Total Moisture), kandungan abu (Ash Content), dan VM (Volatile Matter) menunjukkan bahwa nilainya semakin rendah kearah dip (utara). Sedangkan CV (Calorific Value) dan FC (Fixed Carbon) nya semakin rendah pada bagian selatan daerah penelitian. Perhitungan volume batubara dan interbubrden total di daerah penelitian sebesar 70.975.000 ton dan 257.800.000 ton. ================================================================================================ Coal exploration aims to get the value of coal seams thickness obtained from the results of lithologic interpretation using Based on the results of interpretation using log data and proximate data obtained modeling that shows the correlation between the physical properties of rock and coal content. Based on the result of research, it is found that the sequence of seam that prospect to be mined from highest to low is seam A1, seam A2, seam C, seam B1 and seam B2. Which is characterized by the distribution of quality that is for the content of TM (Total Moisture), ash content (Ash Content), and VM (Volatile Matter) shows that the value is lower towards dip (north). While the CV (calorific value) and FC (Fixed Carbon) is lower in the southern part of the study area. The calculation of coal volumes and total interbubrden in the research area amounted to 70.975.000 ton and 257.800.000 ton.
