Abstract
Pada simulasi dengan menggunakan Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) dan Static Structural diberikan tiga kondisi tekanan (60 Bar, 80 Bar, dan 100 Bar) dan tiga kondisi temperatur (2000 K, 2500 K, dan 3000 K) selanjutnya disusun sembilan variasi dari nilai-nilai tersebut. Didapatkan distribusi tekanan tertinggi terdapat pada daerah depan nozzle dekat throat dan distribusi temperatur merata. Selanjutnya hasil tersebut menjadi beban untuk struktur nozzle. Selanjutnya sepuluh desain nozzle yang telah dibuat dari material penyusun AISI 4340, Ti-13V-11Cr-3Al, dan CFRP IM7. Thermal Barrier Coating (TBC) terdiri atas Zirkonium Dioksida, Kapton, dan Grafit. Sepuluh desain yang dibuat selanjutnya dianalisis dan didapatkan penurunan massa terbesar adalah pada desain IX yang menggunakan material penyusun CFRP IM7 dan TBC Kapton yaitu sebesar 77.38%. Selanjutnya didapatkan rata-rata strain terkecil pada desain III yang tersusun atas CFRP IM7 sebesar 0.000489899. Kemudian rata-rata minimum safety factor terbesar terdapat pada desain VI dengan nilai 2.03629.

In the simulation utilizing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Static Structural was given three conditions of pressure (60 Bar, 80 Bar, and 100 Bar) and three conditions of temperature (2000 K, 2500 K, and 3000 K) and then nine variations of conditions have been arranged from those values. The results showed the highest pressure distribution was at the region infront of nozzle near the throat and the distribution of temperature nearly uniform. Subsequently, those results became loads for the nozzle structure. After that, ten nozzle designs have been made from materials of AISI 4340, Ti-13V-11Cr-3Al, and CFRP IM7. Thermal Barrier Coatings are made of Zirconium Dioxyde, Kapton, and Grapite. Ten designs that have been made were being analyzed and then the results showed the highest degradation of mass was in design IX which was made from CFRP IM7 and TBC Kapton with value of 77.38%. After that the results showed that the smallest average of strain was in design III which was made from CFRP IM7 with value of 0.000489899. The last results showed that the highest average of minimum safety factor was in design VI with the value of 2.03629.
