Abstract

Pemilihan lokasi windfarm merupakan elemen penting dalam membangun pembangkit listrik tenaga angin. Pemilihan ini bertujuan untuk menentukan suatu lokasi yang ideal dari sisi produksi energi listrik, ekonomis dan ramah lingkungan. Lokasi yang digunakan dalam pemilihan ini adalah Sukomoro, Rejoso, Pace, Nganjuk, dan Lengkong. Pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan metode fuzzy analytic hierarchy process berdasarkan tujuh sub kriteria yaitu, estimasi produksi energi listrik, payback periode, akses grid, akses jalan, jarak pemukiman, emisi dan electromagnetic inference. Masing-masing sub kriteria dilakukan penilaian level kepentingan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan pengukuran pada setiap lokasi. Penilaian level kepentingan digunakan untuk perbandingan berpasangan sehingga menghasilkan bobot prioritas pada masing-masing lokasi. Bobot tersebut dijumlahkan sehingga menghasilkan bobot keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan didapatkan bahwa alternatif lokasi Sukomoro memiliki bobot tertinggi yaitu, 0.2518, sedangkan lokasi Nganjuk, Pace Rejoso dan Lengkong berada pada urutan dua, tiga, empat dan kelima dengan bobot yang dihasilkan adalah 0.2335, 0.1361, 0.1290 dan 0.2189. ================================================================= Selection of windfarm location is an important element in building wind power plants. It aims to determine an ideal location of energy production, economic and environmental agreeable. The research was conducted of Sukomoro, Rejoso, Pace, Nganjuk, and Lengkong. The decision making is done by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method based on seven sub criteria that is, estimation of electric energy production, payback period, proximity of grid access, road access, residential distance, emission and electromagnetic inference. Each sub criterion is then assessed for the level of interest based on the calculation and measurement at each location. The importance level assessment is used for pairwise comparisons resulting in priority weighting at each location. The weights are summed so as to produce decision weight. Based on the calculation, it is found that the alternative location of Sukomoro has the highest weight that is, 0.2518, while the location of Nganjuk, Pace Rejoso and Lengkong are on the order of two, three, four and fifth with the resulted weights are 0.2335, 0.1361, 0.1290 and 0.2189.
