Abstract
Gas Hidrogen memiliki proses produksi yang cukup panjang dan berskala besar, produk gas Hidrogen yang tidak lulus standar kelayakan dari PT. SAMATOR akan di daur ulang kembali sehingga hal itu memberikan ketidak efisienan dalam hal pengendalian kualitas yang dihasilkan dari produk tersebut sehingga perlu adanya analisis yang lebih lanjut dengan peta kendali T¬2 Hotteling untuk memantau mean proses dan Peta Generalized Varians untuk memantau variabilitas proses dengan memenuhi asumsi distribusi normal multivariat dan independensi. Untuk selanjutnya digunakan analisis kapabilitas proses untuk mengetahui bagaimana akurasi dan presisi dari setiap variabel. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan pada periode Bulan November sampai Desember 2016 telah terkendali secara statistik berdasarkan variabilitas maupun mean proses. Produski Gas Hidrogen Di PT. SAMATOR memiliki proses yang baik. Proses produksi Gas Hidrogen 6m3 bulan November dan Desember 2016 telah kapabel dan kemampuan prosesnya sangat baik karena memiliki nilai Cp sebesar 1,978 yang cukup presisi namun belum memiliki akurasi produksi yang baik karena memiliki nilai MCpk sebesar 0,463 =================================================================
Hydrogen gas has a long production process and large-scale, Hydrogen gas products that do not pass the feasibility standards of PT. SAMATOR will be recycled so that it provides inefficient in terms of quality control resulting from the product so there needs to be further analysis with the T2 Hotteling control chart to monitor the process mean and Generalized Variance Map to monitor process variability by fulfilling the assumption Multivariate normal distribution and independence. To further use the process capability analysis to find out how accuracy and precision of each variable. The results of the analyzes that have been performed show that the period of November to December 2016 has been controlled statistically based on variability and mean process. Production of Hydrogen Gas At PT. SAMATOR has a good process. The production process of 6m3 Hydrogen Gas in November and December 2016 has been capable and process capability is very good because it has a value of Cp of 1,978 which is quite precise but not yet have good production accuracy because it has an MCpk value of 0.463
