Abstract

Penelitian ini Penelitian ini mencoba membuktikan teori DeLone dan McLean dalam konsep ISSM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong dan menghambat kesuksesan aplikasi Uber, serta menyusun strategi peningkatan kesuksesan aplikasi Uber. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Surabaya. Data yang digunakan yaitu 125 responden . Sebelum dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan GSCA, dilakukan Uji validitas, reliabilitas dan linearitas dari tiap indikator dari kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kepuasan pengguna serta dampak individu. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Information Quality memberikan hasil positif dan signifikan terhadap Actual Use.Information Quality memberikan hasil positif dan signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction. Service Quality memberikan hasil positif dan signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction. Actual Use memberikan hasil positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Benefit.User Satisfaction memberikan hasil positif dan signifikan terhadap Net Benefits Individual Impact ======================================================================================================================== This research is trying to prove the theory of DeLone and McLean in the concept of ISSM. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that drive and hinder the succ ess of Uber application, as well as to develop strategies to improve the success of Uber applications. This research was conducted in Surabaya City. The data used is 125 respondents. Prior to data processing using GSCA, validity, reliability and linearity of each quality indicator, quality of information, system quality, user satisfaction, and individual opinion are tested. Testing is done by using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Information Quality gives positive and significant results to ac tual usage. Information Quality gives positive and significant result to User Satisfaction. Service Quality gives positive and significant result to User Satisfaction. Actual usage gives positive and significant results to Net Benefit. User Satisfaction gi ves positive and significant results on the Net Benefit of Individual Impact.
